There was 100 euro blocked on my credit card as per hotel request, it was fine but it was not mentioned before. They took the city tax from that blocked money.

Great location, staff and facilities.

A small thing, but someone had split orange juice on the floor at breakfast and it had not been cleaned up properly so everyone was walking sticky residue all over the restaurant.

Luxury hotel for a short stay in the La Défense area

The hotel is located very close to the metro station on line 1, connecting to some of the most important touristic destination. However, the location is mostly for who needs to be in the La Defense business district. In the evening, there is not much to do, many restaurants are closed and there is no 'ambiance'. I was upgraded to a suite, so the room is large and comfortable, with a big bathroom with shower and bath. Finishing of tiling and decoration could have been done better. The bed is a box spring, very comfortable. No outside noise, very quiet.

Only 2 rather slow elevators. Breakfast is OK but nothing special. Coffee is self-service from a machine, could be better. The hotel is rated as 5* but this is a bit too ambitious. Expensive, even to Paris standards.

Nice hotel, super friendly staff.

We really liked the interior design of the hotel and rooms. The staff (without exception) was super friendly and nice. The rooms were large enough, and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast buffet offered a good selection of various foods, although someone that likes a warm breakfast (sausages, etc). may find the offering too little.

The bar was the biggest disappointment. The bar was not open during the weekend, and when it was open, the ambiance was not what we were hoping for.

Nice hotel with friendly staff!

The Room was very nice however the air-conditioner did not work properly so the room was slightly hot during the nights. The breakfast is nice, but not exceptional. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating and the Starbucks outside the hotel was a bonus! There is also a nice shopping Centre in the area.

The hotel is very close to a metro station however it is in the business district, so it is a couple of stops away from the main tourist attractions. It is not a major issue though.

Excellent location, friendly and professional staff, and ample size room that was clean.

I liked that it was located in La Defense, where I worked, and close to the Esplanade de la Defense metro station on the M1 line. The staff was courteous and professional. They knew how to speak many languages. The hotel placed two bottles of cold water in my refrigerator located in my room daily.

I was not too fond of the fact that there was no top sheet on the bed. The bed only had a duvet cover. This is common in France, but I still prefer a top sheet

Convenient location& comfortable hotel room, but lack of are tied

Hotel is in a good location next to the metro and is about 25 minutes away from Paris. Its also located by a Westfield with many shops and restaurants. The hotel has a Starbucks within it however it’s closed on the weekends. The staff spoke English and checked us in. The hotel room was lovely and clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom has a waterfall shower! There are also bath robes and slippers provided by the hotel. We had a Nespresso machine which was easy to use and tasted good! There was a safe in the closet which we could store our passports and any extra cash in which was reassuring. On Easter Sunday, we were given chocolates by the staff when we had the room made up! Was a lovely surprise.

When we checked in we were told we had to pay €300 deposit (€100 per night). There is no where which this is mentioned and usually hotels will open a tab, but I thought it was a rather huge deposit and have never had to pay one this big before. Luckily we had this to pay but some people don’t have an extra €300 to pay. The TV which is supposed to be a smart TV did not work properly, it was not connected to the internet and so we could not access Netflix or YouTube. The only channels we had in English were BBC1, BBC2 and Sky News - this was disappointing as it was one of the reasons why we booked this hotel as it seemed to have good amenities. The room we stayed in, the window did not open properly and therefore the room always felt warm. We managed to crack the window open but still wasn’t great. We tried using the aircon but that wasn’t working well either. We chose not to raise it with the hotel as we were only staying a few nights but perhaps would have if it were longer.

AWFUL

accused me and blamed me for breaking a Tv after my checkout !!! I checked out at 9 am , they emailed me at 6 pm saying i broke their tv and took 625€ off my card without telling me THEY SCAM AND STEAL YOUR MONEY
