Great location. Kind staff allowed me leave my luggage behind for safe keeping. Breakfast buffet good with options and tasty. Comfortable beds and I got a free early check in. Courteous staff

A few minor problems but we'd use you again.

Very well placed for our visit, pleasant room. The reception staff on Monday morning were professional and courteous.

The lifts were ridiculous. We left and returned to the ground floor three times trying to stop at floor 8! Not enough coffee making facilities in the room, literally two of everything, including only two creams. I know it's minor, but it feels like penny pinching. When I called down to reception in the morning, to request towels as none had been left in our room, I was firstly asked how many towels I wanted and what size, instead of just accepting there were none and offering a selection. I then asked if we could have more coffee sachets, and was told we could come down to the restaurant and ask. Disappointing customer service.

Good location and accommodations.

The view from the room, the elevator and the rooftop bar. The location was also good since the metro was very close.

The room key didn’t work many times. I had to go up and down to the reception area many times and they would tell me that it was already working. I had to ask the cleaning lady to open the door. She was very nice. On the first day the breakfast wasn’t good. They didn’t have coffee machines working and everything was confuse and desorganized. The space for breakfast is too small.

Plenty of lifts so you don’t have to wait for long at all. The staff were very helpful and the room was lovely.

There was not enough towels in the room but that’s about it. We did have to request for some.

Great stay for the family to explore Paris and Disney!

Lovely place to stay with a family of 5 (connecting rooms), great views at the city and Eiffel Tower. Really convenient to have the metro in front of the hotel, and the bigger RER network (to visit Disney) in 1 stop or 10 min. walk. In front of the hotel there is a nice area with picnic benches and lots of lunch and coffee options (note: closed in the weekend). In the surroundings there are very nice places to go for diner too, outside of the touristic area. Overall nice and friendly staff at the Front Desk and Restaurant.

Our room was not ready at 14, which can happen as the check in time was only from 15. Despite it being agreed - we did not get a notification when the room was ready. Also when we arrived at 17, there were some issues with the room, luckily the team offered us snacks and drinks at the 'vip-lounge' - which was well appreciated by us and the kids. Plus, there was a lack of knowledge among the team for the breakfast prices for kids, at the end it turned out to be free - which was of course great!

The large number of rooms make the whole place seem a little soulless. It is very dark inside which makes it feel a little seedy. This is our second visit a few years apart. The rooms are showing their age and are rough around the edges in a disappointing way, In an unloved way, not a faded grandeur way.

Good location but not value for money

Convenient location very close to metro station. Reception staff were nice. Breakfast was ok but not great.

During our 2 night stay, we saw 3 pairs of staff (housekeeping and roof bar) having disagreements and shouting in public areas. This is not the kind of behaviour expected in a 4-star hotel. On the day of departure, the housekeeping knocked on the door at 9 am to check if we had left already. I believe this is too early considering that check out is at 12.

No value for money...This hotel will not see me again, definitely!

The location is great! Great metro connection to major attractions. That's why I stayed here for the second time.

As I already mentioned this was our second stay in this hotel. Last time, 3 yrs ago, we had some minor issues with the staff, which I turned into a good laugh and a joke, because everything else was great. This time, I got really upset because during our 5-days stay, every day we had to call the service staff because there were either no towels in the room or there were some towels missing. Incredible! This has never happened to me before and I have travelled a lot and all over the world. Not to mention, missing pillows upon arrival... Anyway, every day we had to wait for 15-30 minutes for the service lady to bring the towels so that we can take a shower. Besides that, this hotel needs renovation, things are worn out, bed sheets have holes, it is just not up to its standard and price anymore. This hotel will not see me again, definitely!

Comfortable room and breakfast

I enjoyed the location and the different choices of food and drinks ( coffee wine champagne soda) daily for breakfast and snack

The hotel offered a rooftop lounge which was included in the price. But we were not able to enjoy because it’s really a place for smoker. And we don’t smoke it was a big letdown because we were looking forward to watch the Eiffel tower light up after the sunset which we couldn’t do the entire stay. And there was vomit by the elevator for a couple of days.

Pleasant and hassle free

Well located in La Defense a few steps away from the metro. The room had a nice view of the Eiffel Tower. There were fewer cafes in the area than i expected. Very helpful staff who speak English and good buffet breakfast

Location was ok, breakfast was great. Chef on the eggs speaks 20 different languages and was very nice.

Do NOT recommend. Check in was absolutely horrible. Not aware if the receptionist was very new and never worked a day in her life but her behavior and attitude was as completely unacceptable. Bunch of wrong information. I regretted my booking instantly. Expect delays with room as although check in is at 3 pm, room will not be available. Towels and bed linen very worn out, Hotel Management needs to make some investments.

Exceptional service with a professional team 👍

I had an amazing stay at Hotel Melia Paris La Défense! The team truly made my experience unforgettable. Francesca was incredibly professional and handled everything with such care. I also want to give a special mention to the wonderful colleague at the lounge reception from Colombia, his warmth and hospitality added so much to my stay. The cleaning lady was so thoughtful, it was always a joy returning to my beautifully kept room. Thai hotel is a great place to stay, with a fantastic team that truly makes you feel welcome, thank you!
