Rooms were spacious and comfortable Staff were amazing Very clean hotel
Location: it was very difficult to reach the hotel, commuting using a taxi or uber was challenging There was many construction around the area with road closure which made it difficult to reach the hotel

Great location, impressive stature. Staff helpful and attentive.
The large number of rooms make the whole place seem a little soulless. It is very dark inside which makes it feel a little seedy. This is our second visit a few years apart. The rooms are showing their age and are rough around the edges in a disappointing way, In an unloved way, not a faded grandeur way.
