Clean, good location but not clear parking limitations.

Good location for Metro connections.

No parking for my vehicle which was 1.95m. All parking in La Defense limit is 1.90m but not clear on booking or via communications with hotel. When we arrived after very long drive the check-in team were not very helpful in giving us parking advice resulting in us having to drive out of La Defense area in search of street parking. Not ideal with luggage and young family as Then had to walk in 2km back to hotel with cases.

Very nice and clean hotel with great staff !

Breakfast was great! There was a lot of choice. The staff of the hotel were very nice and helpful and polite.

The room did not have enough light. The car could not come up to the front of the hotel. I had three suitcases and had to walk with them across the square.

Excellent location for us as we were going for an event at LaDefense. Very close to transport links to central Paris.

Walls could be a bit better in terms of sound-proofing as we could hear some chatter outside of rooms.

We encountered several issues during our stay that did not meet the standards we expect from an international hotel chain like Hilton: • A bunch of grapes was found on the floor from the day we checked in and remained there, untouched, for the entire 3-night stay. This raises serious concerns about the cleanliness of the room. • Tea and coffee capsules were not replenished unless we specifically requested them each time, which was inconvenient. • The blanket for the extra bed was not provided in advance and was only brought upon request. These shortcomings fall short of the service quality and attention to detail typically associated with the Hilton brand.

Disappointing with rude staff.

Property is in a great location for the Défense stadium.

Reception staff were extremely rude. Tatiana on the desk was highly unprofessional and extremely rude. Whilst trying to navigate the process for checking in which was confusing as she kept explaining different amounts we had to pay. She then proceeded to speak to the “manager” Gaetan in French saying that we had treated her like an idiot and were being aggressive. She obviously did not realise that the children with us spoke fluent French and told us exactly what she had said. The manager did not apologise for her behaviour and proceeded to be very rude himself. At the end of the stay when settling the bill and being advised they would not take the full amount due from the holding card we were then informed that he had in fact taken the payment after we explicitly explained we wanted to use a different card. So disappointing after looking forward to this trip and expecting a much more professional service from Hilton. I would advise to book somewhere else.

A very pleasant stay

Good location close to la defense Paris business district. West one shopping centre is just a stone's throw away so plenty of restaurant options if you fancy dinning outside the hotel. Good location for business travellers. Breakfast menu was good. Over all the room was spacious and clean. Stay was quite comfortable and staff was quite helpful.

Really not what I'm used to from a Hilton Hotel!

Great Location, direct Metro and RER access, close to La Defense Arena. Big shopping mall just across the plaza.

Ongoing renovation work during our stay, therefore entrance was difficult to find at our arrival, doorbell not clearly signed, entrance through back door once mall is closed. Heating was defective and we had to ask for an electric radiator, very average breakfast with scrambled eggs of the Tetra Pack variety. Is it really that difficult to make scrambled eggs?
