Nice hotel and staff. Met expectations

Bed and shower were nice, it was good to have a fridge in the room. Free coffee/TV and hot water kettle were useful

TV channels were mainly in french. We found some english content (old sitcom reruns), but had to switch the language in the TV settings. It would have been nice to have BBC or CNN at least.

All in all it was a pleasant stay

The double bed was comfortable, there was a big shared terrace for our room and the room next to ours which was amazing!

The extra singular bed was very hard to sleep/sit on, it wasn’t very comfortable. Breakfast was from 7-10, we went at 9 and there wasn’t much to be had, bread and other items also didn’t get replenished so by 9:30 everything was as good as empty.

Ok stay for the price

Check in was smooth and staff provided great detail for the parking. Location was good - walking distance to Grande Arch, restaurants, cafes. Bed was comfy.

The room was super tiny (very little space especially for 4 people), located ground- and almost underground level, it was extremely hot, but there were 2 fans who ran nonstop through the night to be able to sleep. It was overall clean, but there was mold on the bathroom ceiling.

The croissants at the front desk were a nice touch on the first day. Staff was decent no complaints there.

1st room the sheets were stained and the floor has debris. We asked to change rooms and then the 2nd room bathroom was dirty. Both rooms were too small to open our luggage.
