I needed a fragrance free property due to my health issues, and they told me that this property was fragrance free, but it was not. The hallways in lobby were cleaned with varies heavily fragrance things, and this really bothered me and distracted from the enjoyment of my stay, the bedding and towels did seem to be washed in fragrance free detergent, which was good but it was very misleading. What I was told versus the reality, also the hallways lights and bathroom facilities were a little rundown and not kept up that well.

Heater was not working in winter (thats ridiculous), they offered us another room next day but we were not comfortable

- great location near metro 1 station. - good room appliance coverage (fridge, expresso machine, tea maker , cutlery etc

- we could hear everything thought the walls from neighbors which were laud for a few days, the walls are very thin and not comfortable. -no room cleaning service even for a 7 night stay. This is unacceptable and this is not advertised on booking as far as i know. - we asked for cleaning (even with extra cost) and the manager says no in a very rude way. - due to specific context we needed to extend the stay for 2 more nights but the price of the room doubled vs initial booking so we moved to another hotel.

Close to the shopping district of Puteaux and not far from La Defense, if that is the purpose of the stay. The kitchen facilities are convenient.

So much noise from unannounced construction project; I had to check out early. There was already mechanical noise on the other side of the wall, although I specifically requested a room away from it, and after workers were in my second room, there was new post-construction noise that the night desk would not do anything about. The beds are bad, the sheets are polyester and thus sweaty, the laundry room was dirty.

We have used this hotel many times. We will not use it again.

We arrived, having driven from central England directly into the centre of Paris at the hotel where we had booked a room and parking for our car for 3 nights. I was met on arrival with the statement that, contrary to an assurance that I had in writing, there was no reserved parking and the parking facility was FULL. Indeed the patronising and condescending man on reception told me that he wasn’t concerned that I had a piece of paper saying that we had a reservation for our car, there was no facility to reserve parking at the hotel and the fact that this was stated on booking.com was down to them not the hotel. I said that, when booking, I had specifically sent a message saying that if we could not reserve parking then the booking should not be accepted. This individual maintained that this was down to booking.com not the hotel, that the response that I had received was NOT a response from the hotel, to whom I had addressed the query but it was from Booking.com and he suggested he give me details of an app where we might find parking somewhere. I was FURIOUS. I did not check in. I sat in reception and started to try to find a contact number for booking.com customer services- which of course is not clearly given anywhere. We had come to Paris excited for our weekend and between the hotel and booking.com this was ruined. I was so stressed that I needed to use my heart medication, GTN. Thankfully my husband was sat outside in our car so didn’t see or there may have been a row. After I had been sitting there trying to contact booking.com the rude man said someone was leaving so we could park. Obviously we accepted the opportunity but this did NOT make things all right. If you book a hotel months in advance and RESERVE your parking you expect your reservation to be honoured. Either the hotel OR booking.com is at fault here. I would like an honest answer to confirm EXACTLY which is at fault here. No doubt both will blame the other. But if this IS down to booking.

The room was pretty, clean and we also had balcony with a cute view, the neighborhood felt safe.

The location is a but further from the centre (approx. 45 min in total to get to the centre). The building is in modern neighborhood so there are skyscapers.

Location is good but still a 20m walk from Defense train station. Beds are comfy and the hotel is in a quiet neighborhood. Kitchenette is well equipped and there is a little balcony to have breakfast.

There is a coffee machine and a water boiler but there's no coffee or tea provided. One day at around 7:30am, the fire alarm went off waking up the entire hotel. Turned out someone was having a hot shower and the hot steam triggered the alarm. Not really the hotel's fault but it's still something that we didn't like.
