The room was lovely and clean, the staff extremely friendly and professional. Location was great only a 15 min walk to a huge shopping centre and the plentitude arena. Surrounding area of the hotel was lovely and clean and lots of restaurants and bars to enjoy. Very friendly and safe area will certainly come again and 100% recommend
Nothing everything was exceptional

Very comfortable bed, exceptionally quiet room, and easy access to the hotel. Parking is available for an additional fee, but the price is very reasonable. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Overall, a very pleasant and comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend!
Could have 2 pillows per person.

Amazing spacious rooms we had inter connecting for 4 adults and it works well. Very clean and the outdoor garden area at the back was the perfect spot to soak up some sunshine. It’s close to metro approx 10 mins walk. Has supermarket 3 mins walk away. Plenty of local shops and restaurants to explore.
We stayed 3 nights, they don’t service/clean the rooms or clean the towels. Also no tea and coffee provided only kettle and coffee machine.
