    The hotel room looks dated. Crockery needs to be replaced. Studio needs a coat of fresh paint. You pay for daily cleaning. Receptionist was annoyed when I asked for towels. She was on duty Saturday 4th July.. All male receptionist were extremely helpful especially the guy who signed us in on Friday afternoon. Location was xtremly difficult to find..

    Room is spacious, and with cooking area. Staff are friendly, particularly Mr. Jason. He gave us lotsa good advices. The vietnamese restaurant beside the apartment serves quite good Vietnamese food. Train station is just few mins away. At first was quite worried that the area is quiet after the office hours as the aparthotel is surrounded by the office buildings. But every night we returned to the apartment at 9-10pm+, there were still people walking around. And we can see the beautiful Eiffel though is very far 😍 the only inconvenience is the constructions, heard that it has been ongoing for quite awhile.. overall we enjoyed our stays

    Booked as accomodation for a weekend getaway with my mum , sister and my toddler. I was quite disappointed with numerous things about the Aparthotel and feel there is a lot of areas of improvment needed. - The cleanliness was very low with finding dust collected under our sofa bed to crumbs left on our table and kitchen island. When showering also I could see all the dust collected behind the mirror near the bulb , which was disgusting to see. -The room we were placed in was not ideal for anyone with a pram and did cause an obstruction / tightness when moving from the room to the hallway and even exiting the hotel room. - The breakfast was expensive for the limited options avaliable and becuase of that only ate there once during my stay. And overall not worth what you paid for. - The location was a nightmare when directing ubers to and from so you have to make sure you are able to give directions as it is hard to locate via car. When we went there was a lot of works being done nearby so made commutes a little longer / harder than usual. It would have been nice to be informed by the hotel before arrival to make bookings and navigating the area easier. - Lack / no activity room for young children which was misleading as it showcased it as one of the amenities when booking the Aparthotel. -The staff I encountered during my staff where very friendly ad helpful from the receptionists to chefs in charge of the breakfast - but it would be helpful to also employ people that can speak English to be able to communicate to those that are not French speakers.
