Not easy to find with taxi…

It was clean

Extremely difficult for bolt and uber drivers to find the entrance of the hotel!!! It’s really very complicated with underground parking …

Accessible to the metro, efficient staff, good rooms and a great laundry facility.

Helpful Manager on my check in day. He was apologetic about our room being late for 30min and brought us to the cafe area to be seated and offered us coffee. He also answered well questions from us.

The basement car park access lift has a bad smell.

Good value and location

The staff was friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is great because it's near a metro and also not located in a crowdy area. The room we stayed in had everything we needed. We hope to be able to come back again next time.

I wish the doors didn't slam so harshly behind you. Cause you can hear it from your neighbors. This is a personal preference but I found the mattress a little too hard for my taste.

Beautiful place

We stayed here 2 nights, aparthotel modern and close to the metro. Amazing view from our room, we could see Tour Eiffel. I loved breakfast, very tasty and various and also beds very comfortable. Great staff very kind and always helpful. During Christmas there is a big and beautiful Christmas market a la Défense.

Apartment is very nice and clean. And it’s very close to a metro station Esplanade.

In fact the housekeeping is one at 5 days. And we must to ask to change towels.

A very good choice for a mini apartment at La-Defense, close to the Westfield 4 temps mall

The room (or in fact apartment) was very spacious and comfortable; we used also the kitchenet for cooking, and the dining table was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful with everything we needed.

The access to the parking was a bit difficult, but once you figure out all the turns and follow carefully the signs, it's not a problem.

Location was very good , 2 minutes to metro station , very nice big mall within 10-15 minutes walk Room Size was good Team members of reception all are very cooperative and polite and help me how to book ticket to Disney land and other nice places in Paris

Location. Near the Metro. Friendly and helpful staff.

Limited space. Washing facilities were confusing and not easy to use. Limited toilet and showering facilities. The vault is not working and the window latch was broken. The address of the hotel is mistaken for Novotel or frazers property in riding hailing app and food delivery.

There is a strange layout, the rooms are too close to each other. The guest next door constantly slammed the door, that’s was annoying specially late at night. A soft-close system is urgently needed.

Lovely hotel, would stay again

Lovely clean and modern hotel, great sized room compared to other places I have stayed in Paris before. Good location but does require you to get the metro to get to key sights as it's just on the edge of the main locations. Not a huge amount of places around to eat but we wandered to nearby Pigalle where there were lots.

One day. It did alarm test..and they dont tell nobody.. I was run away quickly down 10 etages..its not possible... When I go to reception..no one can answer me why... Its terrible.. its irresponsable this kind of atitude... I will not came back again to live this hotel...

Great location, metro is only 4mins walk away. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived at the hotel early and we managed to check in early all thanks to the staff!

It was a little on the outskirts but very close to the metro. Spacious and comfortable. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Modern with lots of chargers.

The location. It is right at the metro station. Very easy to access city.

Cleanliness happens once a week. No bedding no towels in routine. You have to ask repeatedly for basics. Washroom tub got clogged repeatedly and drainage caused smell in room. Had to keep window open through out.

It was very nice, the only difficulty was that it was impossible to play anything on the TV from your phone, because of a problem with the internet, that was impossible to solve, because there wasn’t access to the part of settings.
