Spacious room, comfy bed, amazing shower and warm water. Liked the water fountain. Chromecast for the tv was a nice touch for overseas travellers.

Breakfast was limited and not replenished as other reviewers advised. Room was warm, if it has been summer I would have asked front desk to check the aircon

Good location but very small rooms and not suited for long stays

The hotel is well located, clean, and overall good. the bathroom was good with decent water pressure.

the room is extremely small with no storage at all, we had to place clothes on seating poufs. Cleaning staff needed frequent reminders to refill toilet paper and tissues. The bed is unusually high (over 1 meter), making it impossible to sit on comfortably. The mini fridge is super small, fitting only about four cans ( don t coun t on it to keep cold) . The lack of space and storage made the stay challenging and not ideal for longer stays

Perfect for a safe location, close to Paris attractions by Metro and good value for money

Cleanliness, quiet, perfect for a short stay and families. Very close to Metro station with around 5 mins walk

Coffee was only 2 capsules in the room for the 2 nights. No complimentary water as well.

Walk from the metro was a bit sketchy. Fire alarm went off in the morning but there was no organised evacuation and no explanation - it didn’t feel like there was someone in charge.

Stylish and well-designed hotel, ideal for short stays but lacking in practicality and comfort for longer visits.

I really liked the overall design of the hotel, modern, clean, and visually very well done. The room felt comfortable and calming, with a spacious and nicely finished bathroom. Check-in was smooth and professional. I also appreciated the sustainability efforts, like the wall-mounted dispensers for toiletries and the refillable glass water bottle. The tea selection at breakfast was genuinely impressive, with fresh chamomile and loose-leaf options. Having a Monoprix just across the street was also super convenient.

The fridge barely cooled, and airco settings were too restricted. There’s no wardrobe or shelving, just a few hangers, so I had to live out of my suitcase. Sound isolation was poor, and the breakfast was disappointing, with no fresh veg, stale options, and unhygienic shared jars. No ramp at the entrance, and the platform lift was out of service. Staff at check-out was cold and unengaged.

It was good experience until last morning

I love food and in geeeal staff was friendly . Everything change on my last morning . When the girl was rude from reception .

Christine . Rude receptionist . I would like to share some feedback regarding an unfortunate experience I had at reception this morning, between 7:50 and 7:55 AM. The staff member I spoke with was quite unhelpful and rude. When I asked about the check-out process, she rolled her eyes at me three times, which felt extremely disrespectful. Her facial expressions were also dismissive and unwelcoming. When I asked for her name, she first responded with, “Why name?”—which I found quite odd—then said “no name” twice. Despite asking three times, she refused to give her name and was not wearing a name badge. This made the interaction feel even more uncomfortable. I later asked another team member, who tme her name might be Christine. After that, I overheard her speaking ( loud) in French to a colleague, saying she didn’t understand why I said she was “not nice,” and they both shrugged. Such behavior in front of guests is unprofessional and inappropriate. This experience was especially disappointing given how friendly and professional the rest of your staff have been during my stay. I hope this matter can be addressed, as first impressions and interactions at reception are crucial to the guest experience.

Good

The room was very clean and it was cleaned every day by staff. They would refill everything and make the bed as well. Additionally, bed was really good.

The location was complicated to find: We knew that we needed to walk from the metro station to the hotel. But the place is really complicated. There are several floors when you walk out of station and finding your way out is really hard. When you really look for it, there are signs that leads to hotel, but if it is night time, they are not really visible. It was very hard for us to find the place the first time. The breakfast is very overpriced: Breakfast is 20 euros per person (in Booking.com it says 19) and I would say it does not worth it. Not really many options, very small sitting place in which hard to find a seat and most of the things are mid level.

Good quality hotel, friendly staff, needs more attention to details and utilities

Location is nice, staff is very friendly and supportive, rooms are nice and clean. The room was a bit too cold when I arrived, but it got quickly and pleasantly warm and I really appreciated that it was not via a loud and windy aircon system. Big points for that!

During the last night of my stay there was no warm water (both evening and morning of check-out) so no possibility to take a shower. They told me they were working on the issue but it would have been too late for me. And the room I got this time had a mini fridge that was difficult to access as it was not very intelligently set up :)

The stay was ok.

Property is bit far from the city (30 min) so its takes time in travelling.

I had booked queen bed and they have provided me with two single beds. Even few basic items were also not missing from the room. Upon request also they didn’t fixed the room on the first day. We also need to paid for the water which I found bit unreasonable.

Enjoyable, very cosy, lovely staff- location was ok!

The room was pretty spacious, clean shower and toilet area, we had enough space for each of us sharing the room. Breakfast options were also very lovely! Kind staff too

With luggage, the walk to the nearest station is a little far and hard to navigate & find- I think better signs to need to placed the surrounding areas to help guide people to the hotel. We got lost many times

Great hotel

The location is good, but depend on your purpose (we attended the concert in La Defense Arena). Check in/out was very fast. The staff was friendly. The room was stylish and clean, AC worked good. Highly recommended!

True comfort!

Truely comfortable rooms, amazing noise insulation, we had a garbage truck come by every morning in front of our window and could not hear a thing. Big bed and bathroom, which is very rare for Paris. Bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Even had a small gym that nobody uses so it was like a private gym we could go to whenever we wanted.

For some reason on our last day of our stay the breakfast options were very limited and they stopped resupplying breakfast options almost an hour before it ended. This is absolutely unacceptable given the price of the breakfast as well as being a 4 star hotel. The only other downside is the location, but the metro station is less than a 10 min walk and you can take line 1 and arrive to the heart of Paris in about 10 minutes so overall it's a good trade off because you get more comfort and value conpared to the hotels in the city center. Major emphasis on comfort here.

Staff were amazing. Steamers in the bedrooms instead of irons - much better. Bar food.

The staff was attentif and kind. The room had a balcony and the ac worked

The bedding was dirty, at night when I wanted to go to sleep i move the covers and I found a lot of hairs of someone else under the cover. It is disgusting, the chair had a brown stain in it and had a weird smell. At the end of my stay employees were not agreeable and didn't care to ask about my stay so I couldn't give them this feedback. I would recommend going somewhere else because spending your money here is a waste.

Breakfast was poor in options, especially for ovo-lacto-vegetarians like myself, and quite low quality products. I would have preferred having the option of some fresh vegetables, boiled eggs, avocado, etc.

Location. Close to metro

Could not adjust air conditioning lower than 19 degrees and it because it was so warm outside this did not cool the room enough. The bed had a duvet which I had to remove from the cover and use only the cover again because it was soooo hot. The beds were very high. Tried to chrome cast to the TV but it would not work. Only decaf coffee pods. Shower worked in rainfall mode but not on the hose

Amazing stay at Tribe ❤️

Absolutely loved staying at Tribe, in a brilliant location and the facilities were fantastic. The best bathroom I’ve used in a long time! Staff were wonderful, wouldn’t of been more accommodating for us! Loved everything about it ❤️
