Good location, rooms fair and clean. Breakfast was fine if you don't want milk.

Location was good and the rooms were clean.

I came down 45 minutes after breakfast opened one day. They were out of milk. I asked for more and was told they didn't have any. How can you have no more milk? Ceiling in the hallway to the breakfast area had collapsed and was leaking. Cordened off. Did not get fixed in the days i was there.

My stay was excellent

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms are very spacious, the location is good, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed. The furniture is excellent and comfortable, and the bathroom is very clean and in great condition. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would definitely stay here again

What I didn’t like is that cleaning service comes with an additional charge if the stay is less than one week. Also, the metro station is about a 15-minute walk from the hotel, but the weather is pleasant and the area feels very safe, so walking is enjoyable.

Basic Aparthotel, decent price for this area

Kitchen well equipped, bathroom decent size. Good mattress. Good desk to write from, large windows. decent price for Courbevoie.

Bed is really a couch, so a bit uncomfortable to get in an out of. Staff is not the most friendly, for an Aparthotel, relatively small room. Hotel was hard to find as it is hidden in a pedestrian area. Quite a walk from la Défense, a bit complicated location.

No value for money

That it was quite big

It was dirty with broken furniture and staff who barely spoke English, we were told only at the property that the parking has to be paid for and the access was ridiculously dificil at late night with kids it was very uncomfortable. There was a persistent smell on the halls of pickles and untidiness, even my toddler would say it stinks

Overall, not a bad place but little improvements can make the apartment a desirous place by tourists

1. I liked the breakfast and the location

1. The fire alarm rang on 2 different days. One was during the day and the other in the dead of the night. 2. The room allocated to us already had a broken tile in the bathroom, yet they went ahead to allocate the room to us. 3. The bathroom does not have mat. We were forced to use the white towels as mat. 4. No toaster.

TV choice very poor for a capital city hotel. Plenty of international channels not working. Not sure if it was the room or whole hotel. Easy to fix but seemingly not a priority.

Totally recommended!

-Quiet and convenient location, with really safety measures and even just opposite of the local police headquarters. -Exceptional and reliable staff 👌 Always ready to explain everything regarding the hotel and really very considerate. -Perfect place for family with children, since there is a lot of outdoor protected space and a safe park for playing, and even a supermarket with great prices just below the hotel! -A lot of fast food and cafes just outside the hotel. -Easy access to buses and metro/train stations, just some metres away, indeed. We preferred the all day continuously just outside buses to take us to the Metro/train station and the opposite route. (Bus176 to Metro 1, which then really covers all the best monuments and points of interest of Paris: Eiffel tower combined with Metro 6, Arc of Triumph-Champs Elysee-Concorde-Louvre museum-Bastille, Notre Dame and further trains for out of Paris combined with Metro 5 (Gare de Lyon and Gare d'Austerlitz) tip! : When returning to the hotel, we were leaving the Metro 1 at the Pont de Neuilly station, and from there we were taking again the bus 176 straight to our hotel) -At the front desk 24/7 reception they keep an excellent list of truly professional local taxis, if needed, even for the aerobus station transfers (special buses to and from the airports)

The air conditioning though autonomous and set at 21-25°C, it is centrally controlled by the company policy and not at least the receptionist. So, it was a problem for us, but since it was really hot in the summer we just left our windows open all night.

Something different, beautiful city, great hosts, poor facilities.

People was nice, and the bed was comfortable, the toilets were good and an okay kitchen - we didnt really use it much though. Breakfast seemed boring (like cereal so we never bothered) and the metro line was reasonably close for us to travel paris.

Gym was awful, needs a cable machine instead of the wooden pull up thing, to many cardio machines, could go with just treadmill and cycle, water was never refilled in gym either, and my room key never worked because it had a weak chip. Room was also a little small and for $1000 I would expect more.

Good in some things, definitely terrible in others.

The studio room was cozy and well-organized, with a kitchen fully equipped with everything needed for cooking. Despite being a pull-out sofa bed, it was surprisingly comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained.

The breakfast was terrible, with very low-quality products and a coffee machine that likely used spoiled milk, given its strange color. Additionally, while one elevator worked fine, the other only reached the first floor, forcing guests to take the stairs to the ground level due to a broken button—an unacceptable safety issue, especially for guests with disabilities.

Lovely stay!

The hotel is well-located in a quiet neighborhood, overlooking a clean and pleasant square with a nearby police station, shops, and a bank within walking distance. The place is clean, with unique furniture and decorations in the lobby and rooms. The kitchens are well-equipped, the bathrooms are chic, and amenities include a safe, iron, ironing board, coffee machine, and books for entertainment. Overall, the comfort and experience were perfect.

During my three-day stay at the hotel, the level of customer service provided did not meet my expectations. Specifically, the front desk staff, with one individual standing out, exhibited indifference and occasional rudeness. This fell short of the service standards I typically encounter at other establishments. The only staff member who performed satisfactorily was the one present during my check-out, displaying a basic level of professionalism. It seemed that the staff might have lacked adequate training in customer service, as their behavior did not appear to stem from malice. Despite this, my overall satisfaction with the stay was not significantly impacted, and I would consider staying at the hotel again.

Worth it

The room was clean, cute, and the AC was very cold. It was equipped with everything you need including dish soap, glassware, microwave, etc. It's about a 10-minute walk to the metro which was super convenient. There is not much to do around the area because it is a business district so we Uber'd and caught the metro to all of the excitement.

There was no one to clean the rooms because we did not book a long enough stay (8+ days). According to staff, this is an Aparthotel standard rule.

Location was somewhat convenient. The site is some distance away from the street so it was quiet and has a nice secluded feel. The staff were friendly and accommodating; very good customer service.

The bathroom. The tubs are very high which makes it difficult to get in and out. There are few handicap friendly rooms and those showers in those rooms leave much to be desired.

Staff were helpful and friendly, especially Nathan and Khadijah, who were very attentive and responsive. Our suite was clean, spacious enough, and had everything we needed. Large bathroom and bedroom. Private parking was available on site for a small fee.

- Very helpful staff at reception - Apartments have everything you need for family trips: kitchen and bathroom appliances, etc - Large supermarket is just on the ground floor, many bars and bistros closeby - Metro and RER stations nearby - Secure private parking with a lot of free spaces - Overall: Good value for money

- It's not allowed to set temperature in the room - Only French TV channels are available in the rooms, also very basic TV set without smart functions (youtube, chromecast, amazon/netflix, etc) - It's really hard and tricky to figure out how to use parking for the very first time (the gates on the underground parking floors which belong to the hotel are closed, and there is no intercom around - you need to guess that you have to leave your car on a supermarket floors and go upstairs to the reception to check in and obtain the gates' code there, and only then go and re-park your car properly; there was no information about this available at the gates)

Perfect location for a good value apartment in Paris

These are excellent apartments very near to the La Defence area, but in the heart of a small community with plenty of shops (inc. Supermarkets and a bakery) a stone's throw away. Access to all of Paris is by Metro line 1 (7-10 min walk away and this line takes you direct to most of the main areas every 3 mins or so). The property was spotless, the staff were always very attentive and friendly and the family area was a nice touch. The apartments are really well equipped (inc. Dishwasher, hub, microwave and coffee pod machine. The only thing missing was a chopping board). The laundry downstairs worked really well (€5) and the whole place was really excellent value for money.

Very strong painting smell throughout my stay which is unexpected. And when checking out I was told that I was late to do the check out which wasn't very correct because I asked about the check-out time to one of your night shift staff who told me that the check out time was at 12!
