AC not working (during a heatwave in the city) - staff just apologised and did nothing to resolve the issue. Was offer 50% refund - which frnakly should have been 100% as I was not able to sleep. Will not be staying at any citizenM hotel in the future.

Convenient location to metro and stadium. Excellent, welcoming staff. Room was small but very clean and comfortable, including the beds - great for a couple of nights or those who don’t hang out in their rooms much. iPad conveniently controlled everything in the room - blinds, lights, TV. Nice breakfast. Wonderful, spacious and inviting common space on the 1st floor. My only wishes were: 1) the room to include music options, 2) the AC to work better. We had it set to high and the coldest temperature which should’ve been 64.5 degrees F; the actual temperature was closer to 70-72. Other than the AC, the stay was great and I’d stay again.

The stay was very comfortable. The area is a cool area right next to the sports arena. The metro is less than 10 minutes away and the metro lines take you into Paris in about 10-15 minutes which no time at all considering the actual distance the hotel is from the city center. The lines run late at night as well so you don't have to worry too much if you want to stay in the city center a little later. There was one issue where I charged an extra $700 upon checkout, but that was remedied when I contacted citizenM customer service about the charge. My only suggestion is make sure we're careful in the future to avoid charging costumers such a large sum of money, especially after they've already paid for their stay in full.

OMG! This was my first trip to Paris. I chose this hotel from the website because of the close proximity to the Paris LaDefense Arena because I was attending a concert. This hotel is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! I loved everything about it...the decor, the room, the pricing and the staff. The ambassadors were phenomenal.. Thank you Victoria for making me feel welcomed.

Room was small, however big enough for a single traveler. Everything in room controlled using a tablet, very easy to use even for me a 59 year old technophobe. Not a great choice at breakfast so not really worth the price, plenty of cafes nearby in which you could get a breakfast. Literally 3 minutes walk to La Défense Arena so you couldn’t get a better hotel if you’re coming here for an event at the arena. Overall reasonable value for money.

We had a pleasant stay for two nights. Room was spacious and clean. Staff are great. Easy check in/out. Ten minutes walk to La Defense station and close to mall where you can get groceries and food. Breakfast was great and lots of choices.

I absolutely Love CitizenM hotels, my favorite one is still Nyc - Bowery, But this one in Paris is Awesome - The folks who work here are SO professional and kind -- And the location is fantastic -- some incredibly beautiful architecture here, and also literally directly across from the Defense Arena which hosted the Swimming events for the Olympics this year.

The actual hotel is up to the usual CitizenM standards and didn't disappoint! However, the area is pretty grim, so unless you really need to be there, choose somewhere else. €36 for breakfast is a rip-off, btw, - but that is probably because there are very few other choices.
