Do not repebad experience. My advice: stay away from this hotel.

I didn’t like anything, it was a terrible experience

I arrived at the hotel in the evening, and I had already informed them of this by email. However, when I arrived, I was not able to access my room immediately and had to wait for more than an hour. After that, I found out that the heating in the room was not working. They provided only a small portable heater and did not offer any extra blankets, even though the temperature outside was zero degrees،this was not the only issue; other things happened afterward.

Nice choice for 3 nights stay, right near the subway

It is juuuust 5m near the subway station which is super convenient. The bed was the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. Bet linen and towels were super crispy clean. Everything worked - so the place satisfied our needs for 3 nights stay. It was nice to have the apartment divided into 2 rooms which gave us all some privacy

The apartment needs (like begs) for renovation. Even though everything worked as expected - there were signs everywhere that no one really took care of it for a very long time.

Unorganised, gave us the wrong room and made us miss a great spot for our concert. Very unhappy

It was a very convenient location

The staff put us in the wrong room (3 singles beds), we tried calling reception, no answer, had to get ready for the concert and my partner got onto them and they said they will be over to fix it, an hour went by and nothing so we had to go with all of your stuff down to reception up the street to solve the issue, we wait in line for ages until they finally gave us what was meant to be our room (a double bed) Now we are late to this concert I've been waiting 10 years to see and the whole reason we even went on this trip from Australia to do Europe was to be at the very front in the gold standing area which we paid triple to get. I'm not pleased with the staff that put us in the wrong room, especially since our room was available so I don't even understand why they would do that. The bed was uncomfortable, the whole experience was horrible. And they tried to get tax from us twice. Where is the organization, and they knew we were going to the P!nk concert and probably thought that's why they could get away with everything or because we are tourists, either way we are still people and deserve the room we paid for.

Comfy beds, kitchen, and shower. You have basic services for your needs. The staff were also very responsive. The location is good and close to the train station.

The hallways were generally clean but quite a bit outdated.

Mold, and stain in bathroom. Heat system is out of control, hot and cannot bring room temperature down, unless turn it off. Lots of street noise during the night

The shared spaces of the hotel were lovely. Breakfast was great. Our apartment room was a good size for two adults and a baby. Having the separate space in the apartment for the cot was really helpful, as was the kitchenette.

Our room was very tired generally and could with redecorating. The bathroom needs fully refurbishing - tiles we're coming off the wall and the shower head was broken (this was fixed during our stay). Many of the plug sockets were loose and unsafe, especially dangerous with a baby crawling around!

Worst experience staying in a hotel. We were bitten by mosquitoes or bed bugs. My hand got swollen and my son’s arm and forehead. No cot for baby. Instead folding bed. Like hospital bed. Folding bed was not long enough for an adult (my son). Lights not working. Disgusting smell in the room
