Nice weekend

After trying 2 rooms i finally got mine . First one was for invalids ( which wasn’t mentionned to me at reception ) and the second one with a cigarette smell

Would stay again!

Secund time we stay in this Novotel, and we had a different room with a small kitchenette which is nice as we are vegans. Also the breakfast had some coconut yoghurt and plant based milk options! Nice staff and helpful! Love the location, close to the Ecole de Danse Opera de Paris Naneterre and easy access to RER to Paris.

There was no dishwasher products to do the dishes, but just a small detail.

A very good stay. It was our third stay in a Novotel, after Edinburgh and Athens. We will choose the

Breakfast was fine, just the space for the guests was rather limited. The coffee machines were empty one morning, the coffee was not tasty, some tables needed longer to be cleaned up, but, all in all, very good.

The coffee was difficult to finish.

Not helpful informations at hotel

Location was our of everywhere. No good information by the receiption at the proprety. Where best best to go to eat and means of transport and to which direction to go.

Overall good experience, not accessible with wheelchair/stroller, 1 Rude staff.

Location was good, comfort and other experience was also good. Near to Train station, only 5 mins walk. rooms were clean and comfortable beds.

The hotel is currently not accessible for people with disabilities or people with Children stroller. One of the Staff was extremely rude.

Very comfortable beds. Clean room. Staff were very pleasant. No road noise. Good blackout curtains. Close to rail connections.

The hot parts of breakfast were cold (scrambled eggs and bacon). Did not feel like it was worth €20 per person.

Absolutely awesome little gem in Paris

What an incredible boutique hotel tucked away, really quite very clean stylish and full of happy staff. Huge shout out to Thomas and Caroline who helped us throughout the whole 3 days to get about and with all our special requests, you guys rock!

Only disadvantage is a little far from centre of Paris but had stayed for a work trip also at the La Defence and that was 10 mins walk away

Ça dépanne

Le personnel sympathique, le chauffage réglable en chambre

Pour faire un lit double, 2 lits ont été rassemblés, ça ne fonctionne pas, un trou se forme. L'alaise est très fine et ne permet pas de faire de ces 2 lits simples un vrai lit double. J'ai mal dormi. Et j'ai fait l'erreur de regarder au niveau de l'alaise et des draps et franchement ce n'était pas propre.

Manque de propreté pour un hôtel de cette catégorie et un personnel plus attentif

le réglage de l'eau était impeccable, se réchauffe très vite - une grande et superbe télé une bonne température dans les chambre

Le lit était petit - la chambre petite - pas de bouteille d'eau dans la chambre, pas coton tige, une serviette et demi pour deux personnes la moquette crasseux, personne pas très aimable, nous répondait à peine, on a dû demander deux fois la même chose pour avoir une réponse

Je kunt zien dat het een nieuwer hotel is. Het is heel schoon en fijne kamers. Wij hadden een twee persoonskamer en dat was groot genoeg. Een fijn bed en mooie badkamer

Chambre confortable avec une très bonne literie. Produits rituals dans la douche et un petit déjeuner très varié et de qualité. Localisation proche de La Défense Arena. Idéal après un concert.

Pas de bouteille d’eau minérale ou boissons disponible dans la chambre. L’eau est certes disponible via des fontaines Brita sur le palier, mais aucune bouteille vide disponible dans la chambre pour pouvoir la remplir, uniquement des gobelets en carton. La chambre est équipée d’une SmartTV mais elle n’a de Smart que le nom… aucune application disponible (ex : Netflix,…), uniquement les chaînes de la TNT. Dommage pour un tel équipement !

Petit-déjeuner : un peu léger vu le tarif, surtout sur le salé (il y a moyen de faire mieux). Room service correct, mais vu les prix, un petit effort sur la présentation (par ex. ajouter un peu de salade vinaigrette avec le croque) serait apprécié. Le personnel est excellent mais visiblement sous pression lié à un manque d'effectif flagrant : dommage qu’il ne soit pas davantage soutenu, car ce sont eux qui font toute la différence.

Chambre confortable et propre, très bon rapport qualité/prix pour La Défense. Personnel au top, un vrai sens du service. Mention spéciale à Lilia et Lucas, super accueillants et pros à plusieurs reprises, même dans un contexte de forte affluence qui a parfois pesé sur l’expérience client. Room service disponible à toute heure : pizza à la truffe ou croque-monsieur qui dépannent bien quand on veut manger sans sortir.
