The room was well equipped I use the benefit or bag keeping during my stay

The hotel is under works..force to make a round to find the reception (temporary desk) and then to pass by the external of the hotel fence to reach the temporary entrance. It s do-able but not very fun, mainly with huge bagages. Price (even its still near Paris) look expensive.

Disappointing stay

Bed was lovely and comfortable and the place was clean.

The tea & coffee facilities were very poor. 1 tea bag, 1 herbal tea + two sachets of coffee. 2 small milks not replenished on the 3rd day. Paper cups and wooden stirrers. Certainly not worth € 360 for 3 nights. € 150 would have been more like it. No mention of building works being carried out either. Entrance was via a wedged open fire door. Will certainly not be back.

It was ok

Friendly Staff, rooms were clean and comfortable. Just keep in mind they are very small.

Under construction while maintaining the highest price range and just a small communication upfront. The area is outside of Paris, which is fine if you travel for business or specific reason. The restaurant is a small fixed buffet - with a not much to choose from. Also drinks were sold out more then one hour before closure

a comfortable place to stay & great value

the room was compact but big enough for two people, the bathroom was a good size and the shower was excellent.the bed was one of the most comfortable that i have slept in and the sheets, pillows and duvet all felt rally good quality.

a little more tea & coffee ingredients would have been nice and the paper cups were a bit limp after a couple of uses.

Very expensive, very disappointing 😞

It was clean.

No hairdryer dryer, no ironing board, no phone, television didn't work. Had to ask for toilet roll. Leaky shower, had to use towels to mop up, then fight for dry towels. One coffee pod per person for 4 days. Inefficient, unhelpful reception staff.

The location was good for my work event in La Defence Arena. Room was clean. Shower was hot.

When I arrived I was informed that hotel is undergoing renovation, that wasn’t informed in the email before. So the part of the hotel including lift looked like a building side with a lot of noise. The room was very small and there wasn’t iron in it. I had leak in the bathroom that I had to inform staff 3 times about it before was fixed.

If I had known the hotel was under renovation, I would not have booked it.

Location

The hotel is currently under renovation, and unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. There were workers everywhere, and we had to wait a long time for the elevator. Every day, until around 5 or 5:30 PM, we could hear loud drilling and hammering, which made it hard to relax. The room was also very small and not comfortable. I wish we had been informed about the renovation works before booking.

Great location for the La Defense Arena. Nice area - adjacent to a lovely park. Bed was very comfortable.

There was no air conditioning - newly done up rooms but it didn't seem to have been commissioned yet. Had to ask for a fan - we were lucky we got one. My colleagues were not so lucky. No hair dryer in the room. Only double beds despite having requested twin beds. Staff were dismissive of our concerns and kept fobbing us off. Also a mix up in the allocation of rooms and payment. Rooms very compact - very little room to move around

Poor value for money, not suitable for hot weather and lacking customer care.

The bed was comfortable

No Air Conditioning or fan which meant leaving window open all night and noisy traffic. Staff lied to us telling us the A/C repair man was coming the next morning after our first night stay. Other staff then informed us there was never one coming! Asked for fan in number of occasions without anyone willing to comment.Very basic accommodation for cost! Actually spotted vermin outside the front.

It was close to a metro station, it was located in a quiet neighborhood.

The rooms were small but enough for two people to sleep in .

The location and greenery around. More difficult to manage the shower since no box available.

The customer relationship was better experiences ago. Deposit deduction on the credit card was done to me before even checking in. Towels have to be changed daily.

Stayed to travel to see the Tour de France, easy enough to get to and easy to get into the city

Location, breakfast and parking were just what we needed for our trip to paris

Bar closed quite early, we got back from the city around 10pm and the bar was already closed. Could have done with a cooked breakfast along with the continental but it worked ok.

Our Stay at Campanile Paris 🇫🇷

Me and my girlfriend had a great stay at the property, staff was very welcoming and helpful, assisting us on many occasions. The facilties was really good and the we had a comfortable stay, we would recommend this hotel if your in the area as it is very affordable and comfortable. Everything was lovely but there were some things that could be improved like the selection of food in the buffet as there were not enough variety of food as we hoped for and it left us wanting more. In conclusion, we had a great time staying at this property and we could consider staying here again.

The buffet selection of food was utterly disappointing and we felt for the price we paid there needed a better selection of food, drinks and deserts

A great hotel in West Paris. Comfy and easy to get to.

A friendly welcome on my arrival, with clear explanations of hotel policy etc. The room was very clean and the bed comfy, The staff were most helpful and obliging especially when I asked for something that friends I was meeting needed so we could share a celebration together. The staff went "above and beyond". The hotel bar was vibrant, and the bar staff very friendly... I particularly enjoyed their wide range of cocktails. The evenings I was there, there was a super talented cocktail maker working behind the bar, she was very skilled and the cocktails delicious! Breakfasts - wide choice to suit all tastes!

Good location and comfy beds.

Good location, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed and pillows were really comfy, had a really good nights sleep. You can walk through the park to get the station which is about 20 mins. Breakfast had a good selection of items, including a water bath for your eggs which I’ve not seen before (I would recommend 6 mins for a perfect runny egg!). It’s no 5 star hotel but it was comfortable and a short walk from places to eat, supermarket and other amenities including the arena which is the reason for our stay. Also me and sister were put on the same floor as our family who booked separately, I hadn’t asked so it was a nice touch.

Maybe having vending machines for drinks and things so that the staff don’t always have to get up but that’s no big thing really. Hallways and carpet looked a bit tired.
