We paid for the breakfast and it was a big let down, only one plate. And the sausages were not cooked properly, and the pastries were hard. The only highlight was the bacon. But it was very close by car to the La defence area, which was why we stayed there.

The hotel was comfortable and breakfast was good and decent value for money. Some parts of the hotel are a little tired looking but it's in a quiet location and a decent walk from the stadium. There is not very much in the area close by.

No working AC. Only one working elevator for several days. Bed is a 1” mat on a box spring. Cleaners came in while the sign was on the door and intruded on us, then gave us sarcasm when we asked them to leave the room.

The hotel is in the middle of office blocks and flats so has very limited facilities around it. We were two females so we did not feel safe to be wandering around at night looking for places to eat and drink. The room was small but clean. The beds were comfortable. The small heater and air con didn’t worked so we had to get in bed if we were cold. My main complaint about this hotel was the staff. Not a single member of staff working in the hotel wore a badge or uniform to alert people staying there to who they were. It just happened to be that they were the only ones behind reception. Most of the staff were ignorant and took all their time to acknowledge you. The only friendly staff were on check in and check out but unfortunately our experience of staying here had already been tarnished by the hotel staff aside of these times. My main complaint is lack of clarity with the eating and drinking facilities with the restaurant attached, Breakfast was delicious but aside from this it was only open twice for lunch, dinner and drinks twice in our 5 night stay Thursday to Tuesday. It states this on the website but you have to look carefully to find this information. Eating out was not a massive problem for us, but having access to drinks facilities was a big problem. There are no drinks making facilities in the rooms and hotel staff are not there to provide drink. I had a heated discussion about this with a staff member which made the rest of the stay very difficult.

Quiet and comfortable. Fairly convenient for Metro to city centre and short walk through nice park to La Defense arena and commercial centre. Underground parking very handy and free at weekends. Unfortunately the bar and restaurant are closed at weekends.

I can't rate it as a place I would book again. Bedding had torn sheets, no face towels, carpets stained, stuffy in the room no aircon, lifts sometimes broken down etc.

Bar/resteraunt never open past breakfast. Have to order food from elsewhere to be able to eat if not wanting to go out. Staff come across rude and ignorant. Can't even watch sports on ipad in an empty bar erea without being told to be quiet. Also came home with bed bug bites.

Only 1 iron for the whole hotel, if a guest already has it then forget about ironing your clothes for the week, so bare this in mind. Staff are friendly, breakast and dinner pretty decent.

Overall a satisfactory stay. A few things that will be useful to know for fellow business travellers: Cons: - There seems to be only a limited number of irons and ironing boards and not every room has one, so make sure you get in early if you think you have any ironing. I was late to the party and could only get an iron the day after. Pros: - Nice breakfast - Close to some businesses - Friendly staff - Good wifi

First off, I can't say enough about the cleanliness of the room. All of the photos were exactly as they appeared on the website. My luggage arrived late and staff stored it until I returned for the evening. They were also very helpful with directions and information on riding the bus and metro throughout my stay and the day of departure.

Very comfortable hotel with excellent, helpful staff. The hotel is a 15 minute walk to RER station with fast connection to the centre of Paris. It is also very convenient for the U Arena.

If your destination is near and the price is what you're after then it's adequate. Good underground parking. Good access to La Defense area. Staff ok. Restaurant and bar ok. Breakfast ok. Rest of hotel outdated. Rooms are small. Decor poor. Generally clean but rooms allow smoking so confirming a no smoking room could be a must.

Me and my partner recently visited this hotel for the weekend as we were going to go to Disneyland. It turns out firstly that there are two IBIS hotels in La Defence and after a brief visit to the other IBIS in La Defence (which I thought I originally booked) they advised me that I was in Nanterre's IBIS. A word of advice would be to book the IBIS near The Grand Arch as it is a lot closer to the Metro and you get views of the Eiffel Tower and the Arch De Triomphe. Anyway back to Nanterre's IBIS, the hotel staff seem to be quite abrupt seem to not really care about your existence. The restaurant in the hotel also seems to disapprove of anyone visiting as they throw out uncooked food with rude waiters. According to their chefs, "Well Done" cooked burgers appear beyond pink on the inside. DO NOT EAT HERE! Even their map was beyond a joke, we had to laugh at the fact that their maps do not even include where their hotel is. You may be required to find the Metro yourself which is a 20 minute walk down various streets.

We only spent 1 awake hour in the hotel as we arrived back late and left soon after we woke next day. It did not feel as if it was a part of a chain more like an independently owned hotel. Room was clean and tidy, location was ok if you were driving into Paris but a bus and a quick metro into the centre. It would have been brilliant if it was in walking distance of the metro. The staff were very pleasant and again it did not feel like they were super efficiently company trained though very helpful in a simple way. Wi fi was a bonus and rate was also good considering it was a very late booking.
