I really enjoyed staying there and will certainly come back

The location was very convenient with a bus stop just in front of the hotel and a train station about 5 minutes walking distance away. It was just like having the key to the entire city just there. There is also A grocery store just across the street and another one 3 minutes walking distance away. The staff was really friendly.

Could not have my room clean as often as I wanted but was not that bad.

Good option for family stay if you don’t mind extra commuting time

Very quiet hotel. I was able to sleep with open windows and didn’t hear any noise. Better than expected from city hotel. Room was spacious, which is above average for Paris. We stayed in premium room and there was free minibar, which was nice surprise not obvious during booking.

We were four guests together with kids. There was no linens for sofa bed and no towels. It was late, maid was gone, but the lady from reception was kind enough to arrange everything. Underground garage spiral ramp is tight. Big suv’s better stay away!

Nice stay in Puteaux

The surroundings feels very safe. There is a supermarket nearby It is not very far from la Défense station. The woman that organises the breakfast is very nice and friendly. Great human being.

The bed was too soft for me but it's more of a personal taste rather than a critic. The cleaning staff was not aware that i was leaving at 14hr so they started to knock at my door to clean the room earlier.

I liked the location which was very handy for La Défense arena and the size and cleanliness of the room. Also very modern. Kitchen was very well stocked and I liked the complimentary items that were left

I had to wait until 3.30pm for my room to be ready but it was worth the wait :)

The hotel can be highly recommended, the nearby Metro provides easy transportation.

Breakfast was excellent. Coffee, Tea and juices were provided. The assortment of Breads, sweet rolls and certainly croissants always available. Fresh fruits and cheeses were provided.

The bathroom tub was so high and someone can get hurt when coming out of it. The toilet did not have any sink to wash hands. The water kettle was dirty.

Good size, good location and clean apartment.

location was great and close to the station. it also had parking facility (for a price per day). good shops surrounding the apartment.

the tap on the kitchen sink was very loose and on telling reception- nothing was done. complimentary water was half drunk - informed reception. only one towel was left in apartment - again - yes - told reception and still the next day one towel was replaced with another. . safe was not working and throughout our 3 day stay it was not fixed.

large and clean room

we requested a crib that was acknowledged but not prepared. we then had to set it up ourselves. The room was equipped only for one person and when we asked the towels for the second we had to go to picked them up to the reception ourselves
