Good location and stay but Breakfast was chaotic and disappointing.

The room is very comfortable specially after a long day of working and standing at the event. the bed is amazing and the internet is great! Show was good as well, the handle feel off while I was showering however it was okay... didnt affect much.

the breakfast was chaotic. My delegates were also very upset. when you stay at a hotel to work standing all day, breakfast is so important. if you guys know the groups are arriving, you should be prepared. our coffee ( which for me is the MOST important part of my morning) was ready when I finished breakfast. the people behind the counter were overwhelmed and therefore not friendly at all. I know well the concept of citizen M as my background is in hospitality, but for a big group, be prepared, have floating machines on the side... it is not an difficult fix. also the people at the counter yelling numbers, is very disruptive for the morning.

Good for one night, not ( for me) for a longer stay.

No nonsense, clean and friendly and helpful staff. Good bed. Good plumming and hot water.

Location: very difficult to get to by car. Garage not well indicated at all. From garage which is under the hotel there is no direct access to the hotel lobby but has to be reached through the street. Lobby not at ground floor. Escalator ooo. No stairs in sight. “Self check-in” good idea but did not work so well. Staff friendly in helping out. Self service food ordering. Not my style but reasonable. Room very very small, Windows couldn’t open temperature could not be independently managed. Reminded me of a cabin in a small yacht.

I had a pleasant stay, with welcoming hosts, modern interior design, very clean room. I'd recommend.

It was the perfect location, as I was staying because of the concert at the Paris La Défense Arena, just across the Hotel. There were two different Metro lines, just a 10-minute walk from the Hotel, making it convenient to go into the city as well as to go to the airport. I had a wonderful check-in host, Christian, who was very kind and accommodating and made me feel welcome from the start of my stay. I loved the overall vibe of the Hotel as the interior, both in the room and the reception area, was very inviting and had a social energy. The Hotel and room were clean and had all the necessary appliances I needed throughout my stay.

I have no bad experience or comment about the Hotel.

Excellent value for money. Brilliant ergonomics and use of space — the room is compact but perfectly designed. iPad controls for lights, climate and blinds work flawlessly. Superb soundproofing, very comfortable bed, and smooth self check-in.

Served what I needed & Very cool.

The room was really nice and Functional. Suited all the needs I required. Tech features were also efficient and easy to use. Check-In Check out process is easy and efficient. Staff were helpful.

The Ordering process took abit more time. However, the Hotel is very close to numerous eating spots, so You can get a quick bite afew steps away

Super happy with this choice

Great location just in front of the Defence Arena's main entrance, beautiful design, the room is pretty small but you have all the facilities, very modern service, excellent lighting, amazing view - you can choose the prefered one, very good breakfast, very close to the Defence metro station, the nearby shopping center and the Defence Arch.

The best hotel I can afford with great hi-tech experience, reasonable price, delicious breakfast and very friendly staff (especially girl from Ireland). From now on I will choose only CitizenM hotels if possible.

We’re here for the JJ20 Final Lap concert. The location is perfect—right near the Arena—and the room is clean. We’ve stayed at CitizenM several times and it’s always clean and convenient.

Everything is ABSOLUTELY perfect!!! It’s a small but very well thought out hotel.

It was a bit shocking to find that the dirty towels that were placed on the floor to be changed were nicely folded and placed back as new.

The location is very convenient next to the Westfield les 4 Temps and la gare de la defense. Every corner at the hotel is very special, the decor is fresh and trendy, it feels like home. The breakfast has a great range of variety and is fresh and tasty.

The room cleaning was not done very well. And they didn't refill the liquid soap bottle, we had it empty for 2 days.
