The place was just right for our needs. We were an 8-member team from Ghana, and the rooms were perfect. It was closer to the Train Station and La Defense, and it was easier to get our baggage from the train station to the hotel, as the walk from La Defense was pleasant and downhill. My wife and I got a room with an arch view, and it was magnificent. The workers were great (special mention to the staff in the restaurant and the lobby). They helped arrange an airport taxi for us and made our stay pleasant. The lady staff from Ghana was especially nice and made Citizen M, a home away from home for us.
Everything was surprisingly perfect. Because our schedule kept us outside the hotel for long periods, we kicked ourselves for not spending much time in our room. The technology in the room was top-notch, and the alarm system really gets you up. I have never admired and hated an alarm system at the same time like the one in CitizenM, as the alarm comes on together with the lights, and you have no excuse but to wake up (You will wake up, you can't snooze on this one)

Listen if it’s a CitizenM I’m staying. No questions asked. Everything was perfect. Staff was super nice. Room was cozy and nice. Also, extremely clean.
