Great visit for Paris concerts

Perfect property for visiting a concert at the Defense Arena. Great location Also the staff were brilliant - one of my kids left some belongings in the room and we only discovered after we returned home. The staff located the items and returned them via FedEx.

The hotel has better rooms than in the city, however, it is rather far from city center, but there is a subway nearby, so transportation is not an issue to us.

Felt like €450 for one night was excessive for basically a bed and breakfast which is what we had

Bar and restaurant closed to guests for a private meeting and told to go elsewhere to eat, after a long journey in such hot weather the last thing we wanted was to walk outside looking for somewhere else, On checkout I explained this to David on reception and to be fair he was very polite and friendly but then told the customer relations manager to speak to me who asked me if I knew anything about the area because it is a big business area and many businesses hire the restaurant out, which if this is the case why not have a private function room like other hotels, he offered me a drink in the restaurant if we pay for a meal which I took as an insult,he also said they would email me with some sort of compensation but all I’ve had is 2 emails asking for a review on my stay. And the bathroom is in serious need of a makeover

Not Worth the Money – Disappointing Experience

Not Worth the Money – Disappointing Experience Our stay at this hotel was very disappointing, and I don’t believe it offers good value for the price paid. 1. No Real Air Conditioning: We specifically booked this hotel because it was listed as having air conditioning. However, we were surprised to find that the system only provided hot air. When we complained, the staff explained that the hotel's AC system is outdated and offered us a fan instead. The room was significantly hotter than the outside temperature. This was misleading and unacceptable. I strongly advise against staying here during spring or autumn, as the room could be either too hot or too cold depending on the season. This reflects poor facility management and a lack of transparency. 2. Poor Handling of Lost Items: We had to switch rooms during our stay. In the first room, there were three boxes of chocolates in the minibar which we forgot to take with us. When we asked about them later, we were told—after two days—that they were not found. In comparison, at a much cheaper hotel, I once left something behind, and it was kept safely for me even after checkout. This incident suggests either careless staff or a lack of proper training. 3. Inconsistent Coffee Refill Service: The coffee in the room was not refilled regularly. Every time we needed more, we had to ask for it, and it felt like we were asking for a favor rather than receiving a basic daily service. This reflects a lack of professionalism in guest services. 4. Faulty Light Switches: The light switches in both rooms we stayed in were faulty. Some lights would flicker or suddenly turn off, and others simply didn’t work. It wasn’t an isolated issue—multiple switches across both rooms were affected. This points to poor maintenance and neglect. 5. Noisy Environment: The hotel was not quiet, which made it difficult to relax. Specially the hotel hall area where they held events.

Great for a weekend trip to Paris, friendly staff.

Great place to stay for Paris visits. We will be back. Good and safe parking under the hotel, clean and good rooms. And other than a good shopping mall next door for some shopping a 30 minute taxi ride from the center. There’s also public transport nearby. Breakfast is great.

Comfortable stay in a very convenient location

Location is amazing, and the room was very comfortable.

Decor was a bit tired. The grout in the bathroom was turning yellow and the restaurant was tired. Breakfast was good but no bacon on Sunday!

Very nice hotel and very friendly staff

The breakfast was very delicious. Definitely one of the better breakfasts I've ever had at a hotel. The lady at reception, Paulina, was super friendly. She helped me when I was struggling to connect to the WiFi and she was very informative. I like that it's very close to the metro and right next to the concert venue

For some reason I was unable to connect to the WiFi. Even though I put in my information correctly, it said I was not in the system.

The staff at the reception were professional and helpful. Houda was so amazing. Spoke English so fluently and assisted my colleague excellently with the check in process. She was and courteous.

Window that wouldn’t close properly with rubbish noise insulation. Averagely comfortable bed with average pillows. Air conditioning that refused to be chilled air even when selecting the coldest setting on the thermostat. Terrible room service menu, poor quality food. The coffee sachets were not replaced once used so spent 2 days out of 3 with no coffee. Housekeeping and Reception wouldn’t answer when you called from the room.

Amazing, I would definitely return and stay here again

The hotel is really nice, the room was clean and spacious very accommodating for myself and my sisters. And also as we came for the concert the distance between the arena and the hotel was super easy, accessible and secure. Really enjoyable

The only minor thing I’d add is the power of the shower, it could be slightly stronger but apart from that everything is great

Overpriced, understaffed and totally disorganised

Excellent location in the business district.

The hotel was OK but the breakfast was appalling. There were massive queues as the place was overrun food, cups and cutlery were not being replaced, and the choice was so limited. The lady at the font door for breakfast was one of the most rude, unpleasant people you would ever wish to meet. The price of the hotel was outrageous at £400+ per night and certainly was not value for money. I would look elsewhere should I need to come back to Paris.

it's just near the Arena de defense if you plan to visit any concert.

it seemed to me that I chose the best hotel in this area of Paris, but it turned out that this was not the case. As you know, even small things can spoil the impression, but in my case, I do not consider the following situations to be small things in a hotel of your level: 1. (Minor) There was no toothbrush in the room, and although I asked for it at the reception in the morning, it’s still strange - I have to go down to A from the 7th floor in the morning to brush my teeth. 2. (Major) There is a broken elevator. all people who use elevator D face the same problem: a person enters the elevator by choosing his floor, for example, 7. if someone then presses a call from floor C to the A floor, then a person from first floor A reaches floor C. then the elevator cancels floor 7 . people who go to floor A enter the elevator and the elevator goes to floor A. The person who went to floor 7 simply cannot get on it until he accidentally chooses elevator A, for example, or B. 3. (Major) There is a not very skilled front desk staff: I checked in at around 5:30 pm on August 23rd. and at first the girl told me that my room was not paid for, but then she checked something and confirmed that the room was paid for in the amount of 260 euros (through booking.com). And indeed I actually paid for the room in advance. And already at 5 am the next morning I was charged 360 euros at your hotel without my authorization (I saw the SMS). and then I spent 30 minutes figuring out with the other admins though it's not my problem. 4. (Seriously) And the last problem - there is a black mold in the bathroom in your rooms and nobody cares about it and It's very strange . Attached the foto. Sorry , but in any country of the EU I visited this year - there was not such bathroom even for 50 euro....

The location and access were very good. the room is wide and comfortable,in the bathroom you have the minimum necessary and if you want more hygiene products you have to ask for them at the reception. The staff was very pro and polite. Breakfast was ok.

What I liked least was the hotel restaurant. I think that is too expensive for what they have to offer. Besides that i recommend the hotel.

Never ever stay here

There is a mall nearby.

Rooms were not clean. Staff are not helpful. No refrigerator in most of the rooms. (We were a group) One of the staff got a Taxi to CDG airport for €160 to be paid for the hotel !!!!! Which is a total scam. A regular taxi got me there for €68.
