Way to expensive compared to what you get. 3 star hotel to a 5 star price.

The location in La Defence is really really nice, for a business perpective.

The room was okay, but a lot of places it required maintenance. Tiles slightly cracked, rain shower was almost completel blocked by chalk. The breakfast buffet was confusing, to many places to go for food and drinks, and staff walking in the way of customers.

The painting of the corridors and the entrance to the rooms from inside the door needs to be redone to align with the modernisation, especially the red colour. The rooms should be cleaner, and the beds should be more comfortable

Good location with shopping malls and subway, friendly staff, nice bedroom. Hotel has paid underground parking, but with narrow entrance/exit and no electric charging.

The room and cleaners are great. Breakfast is basic. but good enough. Location is fantastic for shoping and taking tube to all the tourist locaitons.

For the amount I was expecting the breakfast to be much better and more options. As one of our family member have peanut allergies. Its difficult to find the allergy details at the start. Staff tried their best. But time to time we felt they are unsure about the allegy details.

Nice location near shopping center and metro station. Professional management and wonderful staff made our stay very easy and enjoyable. They solved the problems we had right away. We also thank the hotel for the nice touch by providing free sweets as an expression of the inconvenience that occurred. Our thanks go to the Director Alexia as well as Natalia and the rest of the staff at the front desk.

This place has family rooms which helps if you are travelling with kids.

1. If you want milk/ creamer - please carry it on you. Between housing keeping and room service neither want to give you creamers/ milk .. they ask you as a guest to call 3 other numbers but won’t coordinate and serve your request. 2. If you are non French ( and white) plz be mentally prepared for the bartender to ignore you and he’d like to save table snacks like olives, nuts only to those guests who don’t look Asian! And you have to be happy that you got your beer and he billed you for it. It’s so far away from city centre, it’s not ideal if you are on a family vacation. It took us 1 hr by cab to get to the Paris station at 11 am.
