Perfect base for my visit to Paris.

I've stayed at the Princesse Isabelle before - I go to watch the Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe at Longchamp every October - and would do so again. It is inexpensive and well sited. The Metro to get into central Paris is a 10-minute walk away and I can get a 175 bus to the Pont de Surennes, which is near Longchamp (although the service this year was not up to its usual standard). The host is always extremely helpful and printed a document for me as well as giving advice, in the past, regarding the bus services. I will stay again.
The Princesse Isabelle is a budget hotel, so there isn't a glitzy cocktail lounge with somebody playing a grand piano. If it's luxury and opulence you are after, best to look elsewhere. That said, the hotel does the basics very well and that's why I am a returning guest.

Location is 7 min walking distance from Esplanade de Defanse metro station. Normal budget hotel. The guy at the reception is very helpful. A view to Eiffel tower from our room.
There wasn’t hand towels.
