Very good experience! Hotel worth to stay.

First of all: hotel have very friendly staff and I appreciate it a lot! We have stayed in the hotel pretty short, but the experience was very good. Room cleaned well, everything looked like on the pictures. Check in process was smooth and the neighborhood of the hotel relatively quiet. There is short walking distance to La Defense station and neighborhood La Defense Arena (in case if anybody is planning to attend any concert and events in that venue). Hotel owns underground parking places for travelers coming by a car. We have rented one parking slot and were happy over its security. Overall nice experience. Thank you for making our stay comfortable!

We had a pleasant stay with metro nearby made it very convenient to go to key tourist attractions.

The room were fully equipped and according to the description on site. Location is very close to the Le defence metro so very convenient for tourist.

Lift was kept breaking which was quiet annoying.

Advertized amenities and service do not work

Walking distance to La Defense

AC does not work even after promises from the manager that it will. Lifts did not work on our day of arrival, one of them was completely out of service the whole time. Dishwasher does not work and was not fixed during our stay. Minimum service on weekend, don't expect someone to fix anything during weekend.

Beautiful city. Complete disappointment with our stay.

Nothing. They just happened to be next to a bakery which was one of the best in the city and that's the only thing I can talk about. The rest of the facilities and staff were just deplorable. Considering you pay 250 Euros per night for an apartment, this was a disaster.

There was nothing to like. The entrance lobby was dirty. The staff - the guy who checked us in, I wouldn't even trust him with my dog. Dirty clothes, no professionalism, and complete disregard for the customer. The WC toilet was so small, you couldn't even use it properly. The bed was too big for the room, too lumpy with the mattress, and the sofa bed was a mini disaster on its own. Wherever you walked in the room, there were problems.

I will not stay in this hotel again

The only thing is the location

1- no staff to clean the apartment 2- asked for towels for 2 days there is no house keeping to give towels and linens at all stayed 3 days till we took extra towels for shower and hands 3- in the bathroom there is a bad smell due to aspirator not working and when i told the reception the answer was there is no technician to come and can’t change apartment as all full

I asked for hand soap so they got me the dish washing liquid from the kitchen to the bathroom, amazing!🤦 The air conditioner is broken, the bed is uncomfortable And the room stinks from the very first moment. I needed help and wanted to call the police because of an emergency but i don't speak french , but the receptionist told me yeah help yourself and search on google.

amazing rooms and service

Amazing rooms and balconies offered a view of the Eiffel Tower in the distance aswel. we booked a 2 bedroom apartment and a one bed apartment and both were exceptional 5* quality rooms. very helpful staff who were able to assist for very late (23.30pm) check in and helping us get settled. Elevators required a pass to go up to your floor which made it very safe and secure and 24 hour reception available. 10/10 for everything.

In general, location was very convenient only a 10min walk from Metro line 1, breakfast was enough to start a day, employees are very nice and polite, and will do everything to help. Even for breakfast, they will go extra mile to give you what you need you just need to wait and ask ;) Elevators ware very fast and reliable, since our room was on 9th floor, this was very important. It's a quiet part of Paris, and beds where super good, which made sleeping even better :) Not everyone speaks English, which was not a problem since majority dose, and someone will be called to help out if needed.

Breakfast cantina is very small and can hold only couple of families. If you are not an early bird, you will need to wait for it :( But no issue there, since there is enough food, you just need to ask for it, and to wait couple of minutes for an empty spot to open ;)

Location and the apartment was big

We got four towels for á week stay. No cleaning for a week. My child got sick and i needed more towels in the heat because he felt very ill. I had to pay for fore very small towels, so the service is very bad, or in deed, no service. Not even when you got a sick child.

it was a nightmare..

it was a very bad experience the staff was bad and rude and they talk to us in a very bad way , we arrived 4:00 the room was not ready and the ask us to wait when the housekeeping finished finally they informed us that they are fixing the AC and they don’t now when it will finish, when I told them that I’m tired and I want to enter the room the gay in the reception started shouting on me that I want to make problems. when we enter the was two gays with us to fix the AC and water falling on the floor . a lot of bags and cockroaches in the kitchen and bathrooms and the the bathroom smells horrible we couldn’t sleep from the smell. I called to ask for the sheets for the sofa bed it take them 2 hours a a ten phone calls to get it . It was a nightmare.. finally it is one bathroom only in the two bedroom apartment and 2 shower

The common areas are dirty. One lift was not working. The room was smelling cigarette even if it should be a non smoking room. Honestly almost everything was bad.
