Great stay

I liked the space of having technically 2 rooms so very convenient with kids. Under hotel immediately is a bolangerie ( pastry shop) There are other several close by . A pharmacy is close. Multiple supermarkets and one open to later hours. It is close to the La defense arche and the metro station, you walk almost a straight line and it is close, around 5 minutes or so. There are a few restaurants but didn't dine in any. There is a small park for kids immediately across and they have a mini carousel. The staff are friendly.

That apart hotel cleaning is once a week although I knew before going as it was written . I would have preferred if it can be every 4 days or so for long stays for people with kids at least.

The girl at the reception was very nice. The location is very convenient especially if you're planning to go to a concert at LA Défense Arena. 30 minute walk. And lots of food options nearby. Close to the train station. And an hour away from ORY airport.

The room wasn't very clean. The toilet seat had stains on it. The furniture were somewhat old. Which would have been okay, if I hadn't paid 200 for a single night.

The location, is perfect, right in middle of the city centre. Metro station is 7mins walk to get a train to paris, close to 2nd biggest shopping mall is paris called Westfield les 4 temp,Starbucks, Mcdonald, park to relax in the front, beautiful location, restaurants,all coners, groceries shop everywhere, Perfect

The bathroom is small ,which they can't do anything really to create space but need renovation only.

This is an old hotel which is very run down and not cared for. No air flow and smelly.

The location is ok

Smelly room. No cleaning. No service. No airconditioning. Powerpoints in the room didnt work. Insects outside the windows, so could not open windows on hot day and hot night. A total nightmare.

It was a lovely stay. Stayed for one night.

The room was nice and accommodating. The beds was comfortable and the toilet was clean and nice. The view was absolutely amazing. We could see the Eiffel Tower (although from afar) but still amazing.

The room needed to have Air conditioning!! Although there was fans available they were not enough and didn’t cool the room as the room got really hot and stuffy at night.

the location and the view. Matress quite good. Possibility to heat up the room in different points.

Once the sofa bed is opened the room is really small. The bed sheets of the sofa bed were not so clean so I used the covers of the duvet. Any way, got it fixed.

the room was not cleaned properly and the place had a strange smell .

the pictures on the website is not the same when you arrived in the room it was completely different. we got a room with stairs which was not shown on any pictures on the website. the curtain in the room was dirty we reported it to the front desk they explained that they will send someone to take a look. when we arrived back nothing was change and the dirty curtain was still there.

The view of the sunset. It is a nice quiet place to rest for a few nights, especially after having a long day. Receptionists were friendly and helpful.

That there was only one chair. Miscommunication of where the breakfast buffet was. The water machine in the lobby wasn't working.

A good for value stay, but not for people who need to rush to catch a flight in an early morning

Convenient place. Close to La Defense & Courbevoie so really convenient to travel if you need to go somewhere. Close to lots of shops, bakeries, groceries so you don't have to worry about foods. Comfy bed and clean enough room. It's a n apartment so you have to clean up yourself (which we actually don't mind).

Though convenient to metro/trains, but way too far to the airport (Orly or CDG, takes around 40~45 mins to get there). Not really recommend if you are like us, to take a very early flight (6:40) (it is highly likely that you will miss the flight if you are not up and out by 4:40 to catch the 6:40 flight. The apartment has a small but functional kitchen, which we like it. If it were doubled the size, it would go from "good" to "great". The walls are rather thin, we can hear the apartment next door or upstair once in a while, or the bar/restaurant below (we're staying at Floor 3).
