Nice room near la defense arena, where we were planning to go this trip. It has everything you need close and the hosts receive your luggage in advance if needed.

Great for a short stay

Great location, in a quiet street, with restaurants, coffee shops and bakeries nearby. The bed was really comfortable, with a firm mattress, which I prefer. The small desk in the room also helped. The bathroom is small, but it was clean.

Excellent

Quiet and safe area, close to metro and direct line to center. Reception was open 24/7 and had a good rest. Towels were changed every day and the room was cleaned. Recommend.

Short stay in the business center of Paris

Very nice location in the (business) center of Paris. Nice little park across the street and very friendly staff. Price was also competitive.

I thought some of the amenities (coffee/tea) were in the room rather than a shared space. Bathroom not clean.

Great price, Great staff

Friendly staff. Unfortunately our lock broke on the first night but the staff handled it so well. Gave us another room and the next morning got someone to climb up a ladder into our old room to collect all our stuff. Great price and great location, would definitely come back.

The rudeness of the staff! It was like they wanted me to leave as early as possible and there is no elevator! When I asked the man in the front desk if he could assist me with my suitcases since there were only stairs as an option and those were extremely small and tiny for me to handle and carry up to my room in the third floor, he honestly told me that I should have come and checked in earlier!!! Like I could have flied from Vichy (which is were I was staying prior to my visit in Paris) ...... Or like he and the rest of the hotel didn't know that I was going to arrive a little bit later..... Mind you I had told them this q month in advance.... So there is really no excuse for that horrible behaviour!

Great stay, safe neighborhood. Only 20 min away from Paris, just needs a AC option

Easy stay, good location, good quality/price

I booked hotel because of good location considering my place to visit in La Défense, as well as affordable price. Hotel is small but cozy, personnel was super friendly and everything went smoothly for me as a non-French speaker. Detailed invoice was provided without asking. Room was small, still enough for its function, very clean and with nice view to yard. Breakfast was simple but good, especially freshly baked warm baguette, maybe the best ever. Grocery store is just in the neighbor, bus stop a few steps away and train stations behind a short walking distance. Stairs to upstairs are quite steep, so not an optimal place if you have physical restrictions - for me not any problem.
