It’s a great little place, elevator was really small but the staff was great

The receptionist male during the night shift was the rudest person I’ve ever met. He was disrespectful, and made me extremely uncomfortable to stay there to where I had to leave the same night. I don’t no recommend. No fridge. No A/C.

This property was very affordable and convenient. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 is because it didn't have air conditioning. I went on some of the hottest days so i couldn't sleep. But very convenient to the metro and only 15min uber ride to downtown.

Closeness to the train station was wonderful. No AC was very problematic. No English-speaking TV stations was surprising.

I stayed here twice, for 1 week and then for 4 days. The personnel is very nice and helpful and a pleasure to talk with. The room is really small and there's no air conditioning. There's a small fan in each room which helps a bit. Bring earplugs because you can hear everything in the other rooms and the corridor. The breakfast is OK, the coffee machine is not bad, the baguette were always good quality. Good location if you work at La Défense, it's just 15 minutes walk. Also rather large choice of restaurants for dinners in Puteaux (Thai, brasseries, burgers, etc.) I know Paris is expensive, but I think this hotel should cost less

Friendly people. The room was clean and two minutes walking to trein station. Quiet. Nice neigborhood. The only bad thing is that the shower is small. If you go on holiday period you can better breakfast at the hotel because outside is everything close. To dinner is everything open and nice places.

I booked 1 night due to a business meeting nearby. Check-out usually only up to midnight but I faced the dilemma of my flight being delayed by 3.5 hours and I was so worried about the check-in. Hotel staff were very quick to respond to my message and were very accommodating for a late check-in. The next day I needed help with travel to the meeting and the staff were very kind in helping to arrange a taxi but also check that card would be accepted. Merci beaucoup! The only thing I would mention as an improvement is that air conditioning could be installed, with it being so hot this time of year that would have been a real bonus to the Hotel. Apart from that the rooms are delightful, just right,very clean and super comfortable pillows! I would definitely recommend this Hotel! P.s lovely location too!

Simple, efficient, modern, small clean rooms. No AC, but electric fan was sufficient. Comfortable bed. Tight space for 2 adults. Furnishings: double bed, desk, chair, operable French window for fresh air. Plenty of hot water, small modern bathroom. Construction across the street. Voices can be heard through the walls. Helpful, friendly staff. Great, complementary coffee maker! 1 block from T2 tram stop. Residential area with good restaurants, market, ATMs, walkable to Bois de Bologne.

Very cute hotel. Will definetely stay again and recommend to friends and family. It was very clean and the staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. Close to the train for easy access to all the top tourist spots.

Although it might need another ticket at Defense go to Puteaux Metro and hotel is right there. I tried to walk it from Grand Arche but two major highways were in the way. I gave up and had to get a taxi for 15 Euros rather than 1.8 Euros on RER. Nice restaurants with lots of locals
