Great location. It’s easy to get to the city center by the M1 or by the suburban train. There are also many cafés nearby and a great park where you can go for a walk.
The furniture is quite worn out. The hairdryer doesn’t really work as a hairdryer — it’s more like a heater. There’s a kettle and tea in the room, but no mug. You can hear what’s going on in the neighboring rooms quite well. I can’t really comment on the breakfast because I didn’t try it.
