expensive for a stay without welcoming and without breakfast, it is not an hotel 3 star but the price is 3 star at least

A fantastic, quiet apartment with the best hostess.

This apartment was the absolute best idea for our stay in Paris. While a bit further from city center than we thought we'd stay, it's in the quiet neighborhood of Suresnes. The apartment itself is so cute. We were on the 1st floor with a large balcony. The room was so clean and well-equipped, and our hostess was phenomenal. She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy, even offering to do our laundry instead of us having to go to a laundromat. We took Ubers to get to the touristy stuff, but everything else (bakery, groceries, restaurants) was in comfortable walking distance. The room has an AC unit that works well even in the serious heat, the kitchen has everything you'd need except an oven, and there's plenty of space even with the fold-out sofa for our kiddo. I really cannot say enough good things about this apartment and our hostess. She even brought us everything we needed, like extra trash bags and toilet paper. I also loved we didn't need to worry about keeping track of room keys. A simple access code allowed us to come and go freely without worry. It was truly an awesome 7 nights, and I hope that we will be able to stay here again on our next Paris adventure.

2 tiny complaints that are in no way big issues. First, the wifi doesn't have the best speed or connection (it didn't stay connected well and was pretty slow). We were not relying on it so if was just a minor frustration. Second, the room could use a rug or at least a doormat to catch some of the dirt from being on the hard floor (again, not a huge problem, but would have increased comfort a bit- they did come in and clean half way through our stay so it was okay!)

Exceeding expectations at a great price.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was excellent both in features and cleanliness. The location was as good as any for Suresnes, and immediately next door to a great restaurant that was obviously a popular spot with locals as it was relatively busy even on a Monday night.

Excellente alternative à l'hôtel, offrant les services hôteliers, tout en gardant l'autonomie d'un appart. Accueil par échanges mails et codes, simple, efficace, administrateur facilement joignable au tel, accueil très chaleureux et personnalisé.... Studio spacieux, bien rénové, bien équipé, très propre,, plateau de courtoisie, linge de maison de qualité et en quantité, produits de toilette, lieu calme, très bien placé en centre ville, stationnement facile, mais payant. TC accessibles à proximité. Petit bémol, lit à 140, un 160 serait bienvenu, très bonne literie cependant. Rapport qualité correct au vu de la prestation et de la période de fêtes. Adresse à retenir.
