Comfortable and clean hotel in a great location with a few nice touches. Would come again.

The little touch of the water carafe and possibility to fill with bubbly water plus a kettle and coffee mugs/coffee. View of the Eiffel Tower from the room. Great location. Room was confortable and well cleaned.

There was a refridgerator which is a nice bonus except it was difficult to plug in and in the end decided not to use it because there is a glass door which shows the light. Didn't want it on all night.

Good option for a short work trip

This hotel is comfortable and easy to get to from La Defense where I was working. The room was spacious (double room) with a great shower. Breakfast was tasty with a cooked option and plenty of space to sit. A good option for an overnight stay. Staff very pleasant and helpful.

My only complaint is noise from the road, which is very busy all night - slept with earplugs in. Saw some rooms around a courtyard when I was eating breakfast so I guess this is not an issue if you are in the centre of the hotel.

A decent enough hotel outside the heart of Paris

I was allocated a room for people with limited mobility and it had clearly been updated recently. Very clean and extremely comfortable bed (unusual for France, it wasn’t the usual horrible foam-filled mattress). 5* for the bed! Considering the location, (see dislikes) my room was also quiet as it was in a sort of enclosed courtyard away from the very busy Quai traffic. My colleague who had a room looking over the river reported lots of noise, however. The breakfast was expensive (normal for Paris) but quite good. Lots of nearby restaurants within walking distance. I would use this hotel again if I could be guaranteed the same room!

The location is noisy generally on the quai, and it’s a fair walk to the nearest Métro station. There’s nothing they can do about either, but this comment is so people know before booking.

Perfect stay in Paris

Great location and nice quiet room with suitable layout. Very comfortable bed. Around the area plenty of restaurants to choose from. Great initiative to have a water fountain and recyclable glass bottles for drink water. Will stay there again.

Good enough for one night stay

The property was fine.

There was some boiler or an airco outside on the roof somewhere which produced much noise. We asked the staff on the reception if we could change rooms but were told that no rooms were available. Maybe it was true, but the hotel didn’t look busy at all. Seems like these people work there just once in awhile and aren’t aware much of this room problem.

The location was not bad, metro around 10 mins from the hotel, but overall nothing special

Good value hotel in Paris

Good hotel, in the Puteaux neighbourhood (handy for Bois de Boulogne. Comfortable, with a nice breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful. Wee bit of a trek from the city centre but easily reachable by public transport.

Perfect!

Ideally located in a town just outside of the centre. Gorgeous restaurants, all very Parisian. Lovely to experience this type of area which you’d never see if you were staying in the centre. About a 30 min journey into the centre (Incl walk to metro and metro itself) so great to be just outside the hustle and bustle. Nice clean rooms, simple but nice breakfast. All in all a 1/10 stay. Oh, and the staff were brilliant. Thanks!

Lovely experience ✨

We had an amazing stay. Staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and the bed very comfortable. Location is perfect, just a few minutes walk from downtown . Breakfast was delicious and everything so fresh. I definitely recommend this property and can’t wait to be back there on our next trip.☺️

close to Bois de Boulogne and the impressive new Fondation Louis Vuitton. The Hotel is small, cozy and has some charm...better than any big chain Hotel in the area. Close by good Restaurants in a typical not Touristique french environment

Best Western Seine West 1st Weekend in May 2023

The Price, The receptionist on the Friday night. The place was clean.

Our Room did not have a Window - even the Receptionist thought it must have a window, but it didn't. I upgraded due to a Booking.com promotion which mentioned I would get a room with a balcony - we didn't even have a window :( The fire Alarm went off on Sunday morning at about 9am which woke us, but when we left our room we found breakfast was being served as normal, nobody seemed too bothered about it. It took about 10 minutes for it to be switched off. Nobody said anything to us.

the staff were unfriendly. the room was very small. the noise levels were too much. the first morning the fire alarm went off at 7am. the second morning the fire alarm went off at 6.10am. seemingly it was the porter with the toaster. unacceptable. do not stay here teenagers running around the hotel at midnigjt knocking on doors. really bad experience

More space eg for storing clothes, for using a computer. We were woken at 2am by the fire alarm and no explanation.
