Everything was amazing and easy. The staff were amazing

The hotel was so clean and modern, the staff are so helpful and polite. We really enjoyed ourselves! Very close to city centre and had lot of local food spots and grocery stores within 5-10min walk. Great location

The room dosen't have a fridge and the lift dosen't accsess to the car park so first day when we arrived we brought our lauggage by stairs.

Decent stay with good restaurants very close

The rooms were clean and most of the staff was friendly. I would especially like to thank Shareef at the breakfast restaurant and Anis at the dinner. Both were warm, friendly, and ready to help.

The facilities are not like a typical 4-star. Firstly there's no lift from parking to the reception. If the lady at the reception had mentioned that to us, we would have stopped at the entrance. (I spoke to her before going to the parking) We had to carry all the luggage through the stairs. There was no refrigerator in the room. I would expect one in a 4-star, so never came to my mind to check it upfront. All the special food I was carrying for my baby got spoilt.

Comfortable, quiet, with full of positivity. Friendly staff and birthday surprise highly appreciated

Being vegetarians the breakfast was the only disappointing thing during our stay. Rest everything was worth appreciating. Special mention and shout out for your effort to keep the balloon and birthday note in the room for my son. Really appreciate.

As mentioned above breakfast was the only thing that we dint like. There were hardly any options for vegetarians.

It's neat. nice views. Good breakfast.

Everything else. The staff were horrible, even threatening us with arrest if we don't pay another 10€ city tax after the first 6.30€ tax in the name of "we just got notified in the night". Barely woke up and cleaners knocking for checkout. The location is far from town.

Clean and comfortable

Our room was very clean and very comfortable. There was a filtered water stand on our floor with bottles, so that we had all the water we wanted. The bed was so comfortable you didn't want to leave. The hotel had a breakfast option. We did not try it although it looked great. There were two bakeries within a five minute walk. We tried these. Breakfast and pastries were superb. Public transportation nearby. Had on-site parking for 15 euros per day. Great stay.

Beautiful boutique hotel with friendly staff & amazing breakfast.

The reception, restaurant, and the breakfast restaurant were all immaculate. The staff were super friendly. Breakfast was THE BEST! Nice quiet street.

There were 4 of us, so the room was pretty tight.

The check in was a breeze

not a 4 star hotel nor up to Novotel Standards. it can be a 3 star hotel with very average facilities. expected more, but disappointed. The buffet spread was also very average. The restaurant service wasn’t good either. no varieties. The sofa bed was not very comfortable like the main beds. There was a false fire alarm at night, yes a very old hotel that needs some serious renovation to meet Novotel standards

I’d happily stay again.

Location is good. Plenty of artisan food places nearby. Train connections are great. The hotel is very clean, contemporary boutique style which we really liked. The deco was great. Breakfast menu and the quality of food was great.

Toilet is separate from the bathroom. The windows were small yet it fully opened without any safety measures - dangerous for young kids.

Superb

We have been very surprised by this hotel. Very well organised, welcoming staff. Breakfast is worth every Euro. On top of that, the waiter called Sherrif was so helpful, pleasant and supportive in any matter. Greetings to him and we thank him so much. Hope he is well recognised by the hotel management. He is making the hotel more than 4 stars. As we had family car (Van) we couldn't park in the hotel garage. Benefit is that during the weekend is quite easy to find parking place around the hotel (on the street).

Convenient location for a short family stay

good value when planning a visit to Louis Vuitton Fondation - walking distance. Parking is very convenient in the hotel. Room for a family of four is ok for one night, otherwise a bit too small.

The hotel is noisy unfortunately. We could hear the doors, the other customers in the bedrooms, etc. Recommend Soundproof .
