Good proximity but apartment lacks basic airbnb amenities. Apart from that I had a nice stay

Proximity to the centre of Puteaux and le defence

There was no pressing iron or ironing board in the room and one of the window had or shade / blind making it difficult to sleep. There was no washing up liquid, washing up sponge.

Bright and airy, but not comfortable

Location was good. Spaces were good. Building and gardens were lovely

Too sparsely furnished. Our children were sleeping on the sleeper couch, so there were only table chairs to sit on and nowhere to put our things. The beds were terribly soft and the pillows were so flimsy, you could almost see through them. No tea, coffee, sugar, sponge or dish soap were provided. No mattress or pillow protectors. The staff was so unfriendly. We asked for extra pillows and the response was a flat out ‘no, we dont have any’. This place is a residence for long term senior rentals and not suited to a family or tourist stays.

Important ventilation noise I had to sleep with my air pod to not hear the noise, I ask the staff if I can move to another room and he didn’t accept my request as I booked only for one night

Big, clean and affordable but outside of city

Big and spacious

We didn’t know that the property is considered outside of Paris and it was difficult to call for an uber or bolt. Some of the staff does not speak English so it can be difficult to request for something.

Good Stay and Base for Paris visit

Clean, budget friendly and a good base for days out and about in Paris but not in the direct heart if Paris. Reception staff were friendly and accomodating with requests. Quiet location and nice residents. Local area nice with park, bus stops, pharmacy and supermarket all within easy reach. Big train station 3 bus stops away (6 mins)

No real information about the facilities on arrival ie where the sun terrace was located, reception times etc. Pool in the pictures but not advised of the use or access. No alternative lounge seating when sofa bed in use. Minimal items in the kitchen. Space is for 4 people but only 2 tea cups, not much cutlery etc Rooms could be more homely but were clean and suffcient for the little time we spent in them.

Highly recommend, good location in a peaceful and safe neighborhood

The room was very quiet and conveniently located, as the facility is not a typical hotel, but a retirement home inhabited by elderly Frenchp people. This was a great asset, as it ensured a peaceful and quiet atmosphere, with no noise at night. The location is also very good, with a 40-minute commute to the main tourist places in Paris (via train, tram, or bus). The facility is also nicely adorned, and there is some classy furniture in the lobby. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they responded to almost all of our requests and spoke good English.

The stay was very pleasant; the only shortcoming might be a slight difficulty in obtaining toilet paper, as only the third request was successful for us.

Good value for money if you are fine with living right outside Paris.

The hotel is located right outside Paris. La Dëfense is at a walking distance and from there it is easy to reach all of Paris. Thanks to the location perhaps the apartment was exceptionally spacious. Overall the house is nice and modern as is the whole area. The breakfast is a regular French (continental) breakfast. Over priced by Scandinavian standards, but quite normal by French standards I think.

The staff was friendly (when I met them) but not responsive when I tried to get in touch with them. I tried to reach them by email several times before my arrival - no reply! When I wanted to check out, nobody was there who could print a receipt. I had to wait for half an hour.

Lovely apartment with lots of appliances

The staff at the apartments were very lovely and helpful. Very nice immediate area with a mini supermarket right across the street. We forgot to take adapter plugs with us, but the supermarket had them available near their till section. There was also a microwave, ketter, coffee machine, fridge, and stove.

There was no toilet roll in the room, but the supermarket across the road had some. There was also a stain on the bed sheets, so we put the small blanket provided over it.

Lovely location with good sound isolation and friendly staff.

The location is fantastic: in a quiet neighbourhood, opposite a supermarket and next to a park and a marketplace. There are plenty of public transport options to get to the city centre. Fair warning concerning tickets: Puteaux is outside of the municipality of Paris city centre, so buy the correct tickets. The concept of the hotel is great: it’s inside a retirement home, with very friendy residents and staff. The beds are quite hard (exactly how I like them) and thanks to the airconditioning and electric blinds you can sleep in your own favorite temperature in near darkness. The kitchen has enough silverware and pots and pans, though we couldn’t find the lids, strangely enough. We managed to cook without them though. The sound isolation is quite good: we couldn’t hear our neighbours or the hallway.

There were some very minor setbacks: we didn’t seem to have any scissors in the kitchen, and the shower doesn’t have a treshold so it’s suprisingly easy to accidentally flood the bathroom a bit. There was also an exhaust pipe somewhere nearby, but I didn’t find the sound of it disruptive.

The location is excellent, it is a 20-minute walk to the defense. Very suitable for families, quiet area, short distances to bus and metro stations The rooms are spacious and very clean.

I would definitely recommend to stay here during your trip in Paris.

Everything was up to much: friendly staff, clean room, great location. We was able to drop our luggage off before check-in time for several hours in the hotel's storage room while we were sightseeing, it was very convenient. It took us about 15 minutes to walk to the nearest subway-station through the clean streets. There is a Franprix-shop next to the hotel where you can buy everything you need while you are traveling: food, bathroom accessories etc. The staff is very friendly and helpful: we needed to fix one small thing in the room and everything was done on the same day. We easily extended our booking for an extra-night right at the hotel. If you travel with child, new fully equipped playground is situated across the street from the hotel.

Great option in Paris. Tram, train, and bus super close by. The neighborhood is very pretty, with lots of parks and stores on the surroundings. Right in front of the apartment is a small supermarket with all you could posssibly need. The room was very big and the sofa was already open. Staff was friendly and helpful, and everything was clean. Would definitely repet when i go back to Paris.

15min from Arc De Triomphe. Clean property, parking for EUR15 per night. Staff received me at 12:30am midnight. We used Uber which cost EUR15 to Arc and no issue. Would recommend The prop had full kitchen facilities -we didnt use, but it was clean and all good.

Everything was very good! The apartment is very spacious and clean. The kitchen is properly equipped, the bathroom is very spacious, the balcony is large and serves both rooms. The building is quiet, and at about 25 m there is a beautiful market! There is a Franprix across the road and the subway is about a 10-15 minute walk away..
