The staff there are amazing, incredibly helpful and informative. I truly appreciated them allowing me to check in early after my connection flight; it was a lifesaver. They also went out of their way to show me the best way to navigate to the metro. The reception manager, whose name I unfortunately can’t recall, was a true gentleman and highly professional. Regarding the location: it’s about a 20-minute walk to the nearest metro station, but there is a convenient connection bus right on the corner. The area is nice and quiet, with a supermarket and a pharmacy right across the street for anything you might need

I had a pleasant stay, but there were a few minor details that could be improved. Since I brought my own food, it would have been helpful to have dish soap and sponges available to wash the dishes. I also noticed the toilet seat was broken; it didn’t bother me much, but it should probably be fixed for future guests. Lastly, the extra pillows in the room didn’t have covers and had some visible stains. If they aren't meant for guest use, it might be better to remove them or ensure they are properly covered.

This property is very suited for a family of 4, two decent size rooms with good sunlight and ventilation. The location of the property is in a quite suburban area and approximate 45 mins distance to Paris city centre. We can get to the place using public transport and it is quite convenient as well. There is a small kitchen with essential utensils to prepare a quick breakfast or a light meal. The staff at the reception are friendly and polite and tried their best to answer our queries in English. There is a grocery store just opposite to this building so it is super convenient to grab something essential : ). French breakfast was served on request. You need to pay and reserve for it in advance at the reception.

The bath and the toilets do not have mats, so after a shower you may find it difficult to dry your feet. The bed sheets provided for the extra bed (kids) bed was bit dull.

Puteaux is a cute, quiet town just outside of Paris proper. There are green spaces nearby and some nice pastry shops. The rooms are clean and spacious. The fact that it is a retirement community wasn't such a big deal - just be respectful.

If you're coming to see Paris, then I only recommend this location if you are able-bodied and don't mind walking A LOT! While the metro to Le Defense (a major stop on your way to and from Medicis Home) runs pretty late, the last metro line stops pretty early in the evening. So, we found ourselves walking a good half hour to get back to our room after an exhausting day of exploring. On the nights we did make it back in time to catch both metro lines, we found few restaurants in the area for dinner, so keep that in mind. If you book a room for two people and you want to use both beds, the main bed and the couch, you need to let them know ahead of time. The staff were not happy when we explained that our two adults sharing the room did not want to share a bed.
