Staff was great. Location and the view of the room were nice.
There were bugs in the room!!! I killed around 15 of them in 4 days. Our friend stayed at the next room and there were bugs in her room too. I saw hair on a towel in the bag which includes third beds sheets and the other things. I usually prefer ibis and ibis budget hotels, this is the first time that I saw bugs and felt the towel was not clean. These are not acceptable for a hotel chain.
