Good for short stay

It was just fine for 2.5 nights as we were looking for a place to sleep during expensive Xmas time. Breakfast was fine, just cereals, fruit salad and pastries, also cheese. Its a bit of walk to the closest metro. Be mindful if you are travelling with kids. We took taxi from and back to CDG airport. From our room we could see the Eiffel tower which was extra bonus

Not much to do on the area if your focus is on visiting cites. Coffee machine in the lobby is not great and you need to pay extra. Would not bother, get it somewhere else. Towels were changed daily and room tidy up. Very warm room as you can adjust heating yourself. Hot shower. Room is tiny but standard for Paris standards. Not much place to store things if you have many clothes.

Good value for money Location WA’s best . River view with Eiffel Tower in distance Breakfast value for money and best best available at 5.30am in case it is important for you.

Price and location Had breakfast in Style next door. Good and staff friendly.

Receptionist on arrive did not acknowledge us and always on phone. 2nd evening couldn't get anyone to speak to on reception. Rang intercom bell twice and called out 3 times. Gave up and saw morning staff who were more than helpful. Toilet door did not shut fully. 3 friends sharing - not ideal. Seemed to be families living in hotel and taking over reception and eating area. Very basic and slightly tired. Be aware of mosquitos and be prepared. No air con and extremely hot with window shut.

The staff were receptive and helpful whenever i require their assistance especially with assisting to book taxis.

Good location close to bus terminal at Jules Verne, La Défense.

Good location with standard fit out. Also, the a receptionist, Emma was very welcoming and helpful. My room had a nice view over the River and a distant view of the Eiffel Tower.

A staff member invaded my room when I was there even though I had the “Do not Disturb” sign out on the door.

location, food, low hygiene, staff didn’t speak other languages but French, air conditioning not working, there was only one towel for two people, almost no soap left in the shower, bedsheets weren’t cleaned properly either..

Small,spartan but sufficient room, no luxuries. if you have a car there is ample parking space, with extra cost.

No AC in room and no screen on windows. Location was a bit away from train station, especially if you have luggage or children with you.

The room was almost very clean. We alike the window and the light to enter the room. Bed was comfortable. Shower was comfortable and nice water temperature control.

Toilet was unclean and expelling a horrible smell. We didn't use it until staff came to clean. The Breakfast was mainly disappointing. This is, the only great feature was that pastries were tasty and really good but fruits were from cans and also there was no eggs or any type of protein, also no vegetables at all. Then, food experience can be certainly improved in so many ways. Also, the location was not as useful as claimed in the Booking website. We had to spend a lot in cars, even no electric bikes from the city go there. It was too far away.

Despite it being the cheapest option, the quality was still quite dissatisfactory.

The area was pretty good, not so far from the La Défense train station from where I had little problems to get all around the city. The staff were very nice and smiled each time we interacted. The room also had wifi. The ability to reserve without pre-payment and easy cancellation were extremely helpful.

The shower, the toilet, and the sink were located in different locations. The toilet and the shower were located in those extremely small spaces with plastic walls and floors, it felt just like one of those outside mini bio toilets you can find at parks, festivals, or other outdoor events. The sink was located in the corner of the room next to bed. The doors for the toilet and shower had no locks. The shower "room" had an almost fully transparent door through which anyone could easily peep on you while showering. As a group, we found it very uncomfortable. The beds were okay, on the first sight, the cleanliness of sheets seemed fine, but after experiencing the rest of the room we started questioning it, the bunk bed was not made so we had to do it ourselves after a long exhausting day outside. The window was also extremely small and had no fly nets. We could not open it to avoid mosquitoes getting inside and had to boil in this extremely hot room. The room quality can be justified with prices; however, it is still quite high for such living conditions.

Disappointing as I’ve stayed in some fantastic Ibis Budget hotels in the past!

It’s location

It’s was shabby The air conditioning didn’t work as it was controlled centrally. The room we had was for a disabled person and had a wet room that flooded. The breakfast was expensive and they ran out of food, we weren’t given a plate for our food and had to eat off a tray. The cups were paper and the staff weren’t interested.
