it was convenient staff friendly and you get what you pay for here

The staff were really friendly and really helpful!! the place was really clean and beds always made and fresh towels given daily :)

A good experience, fit for purpose and delivered what I expected for the price

Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, the room was clean and had a nice selection of tea/coffee with a comfortable enough bed and enough pillows. No major complaints, perfectly adequate for a hotel of this price-point. AC was really nice to have. Being able to walk back from the La Defense Arena was really nice rather than having to wait for public transport, although it was a 45+ minute walk so this might depend on your mobility, but it was certainly preferable to having to wait in huge queues for a bus.

The bathroom was a bit worn, not dirty or anything too bad but it definitely felt like it was due a refresh. Shower pressure was just about functional to get clean, but definitely not enough for a satisfying shower. Unfortunately it's not in an ideal spot for bus connections into the centre of Paris, taking pretty much an hour to get there at least during the times I visited.

Small hotel which is part of a large chain. Being small it has retained a charm and friendliness that would be lost in a large hotel. Really lovely helpful friendly staff who went out of their way to make us welcome. We got to know them quite well in a short period of time and they helped us a lot when we were practicing our French language skills. Food was lovely at breakfast time and there is an abundance of places to eat nearby to keep you nourished in the way only the French can provide during the remainder of the day. The local Brasserie was fabulous. The hotel is a little out of town which made it quieter and added to the adventure of being in Paris. Excellent public bus services near by for which we used a "Navigo pass" to get about. We found that the buses created a better sense of place for us than travelling on the Metro.

The king size bed was actually two smaller beds pushed together which separated if you were in the middle but it was fine otherwise.

Nice hotel, perfect for visiting Paris without paying a fortune.

Friendly staff who provided a smooth check in and check out process. The room is small but adequate.. View was lovely with the Eiffeltower in the distance. Breakfast is optional, did not take it as I was visiting friends nearby.

Nothing really. My only comment would be that the toilet is crammed between the shower wall and the bedroom wall which makes wiping yourself a bit of an excercise.

Good hotel saving budget.

I liked its good heating with electrical heater. The room became warm quickly. I was worried about poor reviews in a website. But cleanness of the room looked fine and kindness of the reception was impressively nice. It might be caused by changing the hotel owner according to hotel's saying.

Metro is far from the hotel. It was expecting case because this street is residence area so that you need to walk or ride a bus to reach the metro station.

On a lovely quiet street with supermarket and restaurants close by.

Woken by slamming doors very early in morning and our bathroom was quite run down with things falling off the wall etc. the room also smelt of smoke.

Came for a concert at La Défense and this was a safe, comfortable stay.

Walking distance from metro and buses, calm neighborhood with good restaurants close by. The room was not small by Paris standards, but not a lot of floor space. Friendly staff and stocked mini fridge but also a Franprix supérette within 100m..

Not very easy to travel around Paris

The accomadation requires a bus from the train station. The room was very small. The bed is old not comfortable and small staff were very helpfuland friendly.

so when we arrived, I had booked a room with a view, and I was happy that the guy was able to transferring me to a room with a view of the Eiffel tower, but we did not have hot water for our entire stay is smell like sewage, the shower door was broken and when I went to the front desk to tell them, they told me that it was getting fixed and we still did not have hot water the entire stay. The room is a lot smaller than the pictures appear. It is about the size of a walk-in closet.

Big problem with connection of Wi-Fi. My boyfriend had to stay 3 days without WiFi. You have to be authorised to be able to use WiFi, with help of Rezeption still didn't worked on his phone ( maybe don't support new devices) Bathroom is little and shower was blocked , all water remained in tub. On second day in evening , when we camed back in hotel , Rezeption didn't letted us to go up to our rooms until we didn't said our room number . This for me don't look like a professional and friendly hotel / personal.
