Checked in for several days for the Celine Dion concert at the Plenitude arena. Hotel is central, very near the gare or train station and pharmacies. There are also nearby G20 stores. There's kettle inside the room. Sandra at the reception was exceptionally warm and awesone and welcoming.

The staff is very nice, the room is clean yet a bit ripped here and there. The location is not really convenient but is quite and safe

The lady at the reception is very very nice but the hotel itself is horrible. Room very old and damaged with a very bad smell in the washroom

We booked a triple room with a double bed and a single bed, but instead received a double bed and a sofa bed. The sofa bed had no power outlets nearby and only a very narrow space between the beds. Soundproofing was very poor. We could hear everything from the street, including the crash of glass bins being emptied into trucks and even the bin men’s conversations. The bathroom basin also leaked water onto the floor; we had to block the overflow hole ourselves to stop it. The hotel is located quite far from the nearest station. We knew this from the map, but in practice it made getting around less convenient. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and tried their best to help.
