Convenient and comfortable, though some room drawbacks

We stayed here in November and overall had a pleasant experience. The bed was comfortable, the breakfast was good, and the location is very convenient — especially for visiting the La Défense Arena, which was perfect for us as we came to watch the Paris Masters.

The air conditioning only provided heating and couldn’t cool the room down, as cooling wasn’t available during this season. Also, the bathroom had an unpleasant smell coming from the shower. Aside from these issues, everything else was fine. With a few improvements, the stay would have been excellent.

Not pleasant for visitors-misleading photos.

Mini kitchen and quiet neighbourhood. Bed was fairly comfortable.

Strong mildew smell in room and no bathroom ventilation. Very little privacy with a huge crack in the door right beside the bed. Bathroom sink barely drained. A/C shut off randomly in the middle of the night in 35 heatwave twice and controlled by front desk security-which were not always present. No cc language options on TV. Stained carpet in hallways. Elevator sounds like it’s about to break with loud noises when closing. Just not a pleasant stay overall.

I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL

The wall of the room was full of dust. Both my daughter and I are allergic to dust and our symptoms got worst since we arrived. One side of bed was broken and it fell on my daughter's foot. She ended up with bruising and swelling. I reported all my problems the first day and actions were taken. We stayed 6 days and our room was cleaned once only after many requests. One of the receptionist we spoke to on phone on 05/19, was rude, uncooperative and unprofessional and basically told us there is nothing I can do for you right now and the cleaning staff have left. They have no consistency about the coffee in lobby. One person tells you it's free, another will ask for 2 euros. We asked if we can check out early and cancel the rest of the stay. We were denied and informed that we will be fully charged if we leave or stay. My daughter and I ended up rotating sleeping at my sister's place to ovoid allergies.

I asked for early check-in at 1:00 pm when booked the hotel. However, instead of an early/normal check-in, we got the room around 4:45 p.m. We had to sit in the hotel for 1.5 hours for the waiting.

Apparthotel in a quiet place

Location is within a walking distance to business and ministries district. On the way there are cafes (boulangerie) where you can grab breakfast. The hotel has nice mini gym. The hotel location was quiet. At the reception you can get free water bottles, which is very nice.

Staff is not exactly helpful and doesn’t really understand English or just pretends they don’t. Simple request of refilling the shower gel bottle took them 2 days and a couple reminders and eventually got sorted out by a lovely cleaning lady. Generally not the nicest experience with the reception desk staff.

Good location. Nice neighborhood

Reception was not warm or inviting. Cot was requested but not provided. Kitchen sink was clogged. Room was cold, bathroom was very warm.

The room was very quite as well as the sourrounding. So you can sleep with the window open. It is possible to switch off air conditioning. The bed and pillow also good

I didn't mange to get an invoice at checkout. It was then promised by email, but did not receive it yet. IO did say, I need it. Moreover, I was left waiting while serving another customer arrived after me, also to get the invoice.

A pleasant stay in a nice quiet neighbourhood.

I chose the property for its location. We were attending a convention about 5 minutes walk from the property so it was really convenient. It is also located in a really quiet, safe residential area. A big thank you to all the staff we met working in reception. They were all extremely friendly and very helpful.

The small restaurant was closed and they are currently not serving breakfast. It was quite a long walk to find a bakers, supermarket, cafe etc.
