Very hospitable, comfy stay in Green Point

Great location with friendly reception staff and safe, easy instructions for access

The housekeeping rota meant our room was not cleaned (as we’d come back from the morning out), towels and furniture was becoming a bit dated and old

Ellack the person at the front desk was the best service I have had in the past year of traveling

Very clean. And customer service was amazing. Ellack was an exceptional host. He went over the top and stored our bags for the day during our tour. We flew out that night so we picked up our bags on our way to the airport. It’s a quieter neighborhood so it was easy to get to sleep & the beds were extremely comfortable which is huge after flying 23 hours to get to Cape Town

Gorgeous clean spacious bright sunny room in a quiet residential neighborhood

This hotel is very clean and beautifully decorated with updated modern flair. We asked for a quiet room on the top floor and the request was honored with a gorgeous room with its own large balcony overlooking the pool area. There was even a sea view in the distance. The room was very bright and sunny, designed perfectly with a large sliding glass door to allow the natural light to flood into the space. The shower is a large walk in, brand new, with hot water and great water pressure. The bed and furnishings are very comfortable, including balcony furniture to enjoy the gorgeous fresh air outside. The included breakfast is hot and made to order and is served at a pretty and clean breakfast area in the lobby. The hotel is very quiet and located in a residential neighborhood. It is close to many eateries and just a few streets away from the boardwalk where you can walk safely to Sea Point and the Waterfront. The staff were kind, friendly, and accommodating. We originally booked for two nights and added a third because everything was so perfect. Would absolutely recommend, and stay here again.

Not informed about daily power cuts! Got stuck outside property first night with no manual key to get in (this was given this thereafter) Some condiments were out of date! Unable to use milk for coffee in room in morning Workmen working for whole day above room so unable to relax at all - not informed about this prior to trip

It was an immediate booking as we needed to leave the previously booked hotel due to some unacceptable circumstances. They were welcoming and very flexible when we arrived in the middle of the night. The room is nice and quite big, the bathroom has shower and bathtub as well with amenities. Breakfast is good as well and they were flexible to serve us a bit earlier than they open the breakfast originally.

The room is a bit humid when it is raining but not a big issue

Nice Location

The location was great. Upon we arrival we were welcomed very nicely. The porter was very informative. Room was nice and big.

The TV had very bad signal. No channels to watch a proper show. The coffee and milk in the room did not taste nice. The mattress on the LHS is a bit worn out.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Our room was spacious with a lovely balcony overlooking the pool area, a generous size shower in the ensuite bathroom. Quiet neighbourhood, close to the Seapoint Promenade and Waterfront.
