Great location, staff amazing, excellent place.

The staff is amazing, Domingos helps a lot with plans and reservations. Also they provide you with as many tips of the city you need! Room is clean, excellent shower n bathroom, breakfast very very good. The experience worth a lot! Best value for price. We went on our honeymoon and they exceeded expectations.

We had a lovely room with a courtyard patio. It’s intimate and the staff are very attentive and couldn’t have been more helpful . Breakfast choice is varied and included hand made yoghurts, breads and cheeses, trout from self service and then you can order eggs such as omelettes or poached eggs with avocado- fantastic quality 😃. Easy to get Ubers for around £4 although you can walk to Waterfront .

Not really an issue but worth knowing that the hot water took a few minutes to come through.

Great hotel in the center of CT

Very large and quiet room with a small individual garden/patio. The bathroom was great too, and we only regretted not to stay longer. The location is very central and we could order something to be delivered at the hotel so that we could relax after a long day of travel.

Access to the tv which required assistance and limited number of channels.

Comfortable, convenient, and safe.

We love the comfort and convenience of this property. The staff was amazing and helped with everything from activity recommendations to book booking an airport transfer. Breakfast was delicious and fresh. Safe parking for our vehicle and easy access in and out 24/7. Would certainly stay again.

Fantastic staff, great location

This is a small hotel, but the rooms on the ground floor (I don’t know about the upper rooms) are generously sized - our was lovely and spacious and had a small patio. The location was great for access for the V&A waterfront - about 20 minute walk and for access into town. because of the hotel’s proximity to most things it’s is really inexpensive to take an Uber. However what really made our visit memorable were the staff. They were friendly and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble. If you prefer a more intimate experience where you feel at home than I would highly recommend DysArt.

At home in Cape Town!

We felt like home! I guess it is a former private mention turned into a charming boutique hotel. We also felt like home. Location is great with a bit of sea view. Cute little swimming pool. Rooms are great and showers big. Staff, especially Lee were very friendly and gave very reassuring recommendations and helped a lot. We felt very safe and taken care of!

Beautiful quiet place within walking distance of the V+A waterfront

Even the smallest room had plenty of space and it was amazingly quiet! Breakfast was tasty, beds very comfy and every possible amenity was provided. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Getting into the parking was a challenge even with a relatively small car, but that was quickly resolved with the support of the staff :-)

I my stay was wonderful! I highly recommend this hotel.

Fantastic! So good in fact that we extended our booking. I felt really looked after on my stay. There are 10 rooms at this hotel; mine was very comfortable with contemporary furnishings & features. The staff, management and owner were engaging and very helpful. They made really great suggestions as to where we might eat and that only served to enhance our experience

Amazing hotel, amazing staff, amazing food, amazing location!

My partner and I spent 4 nights at DysArt hotel in April 2025, and we absolutely loved it. The staff were so nice and made us feel very welcome and safe. Raymond greeted us when we arrived after a long flight, and offered to check us in early which was really kind. Lee made us feel very secure, especially when we arrived back late at night. When we booked this was our only concern because we saw the hotel was situated on quite a quiet road. This was not a problem however as Lee was always waiting for us (in a nice way!) and when we got there we could see that the road was fine. The rooms are beautifully decorated and have everything you need. The pools (plural!) and breakfast areas were really nice and the food was excellent. The location is great! As mentioned, on a quiet road close to the main road, which is great for walking out in the day to the nearby Jason’s or the V&A waterfront, or usually getting taxis to further afield. No complaints whatsoever. You cannot go wrong with this hotel!

Very good location and all the staff is probably the friendliest people I’ve ever met at a hotel, especially the two gentlemen who worked at the front desk. They helped us with all our questions for in out out of the hotel.
