Terrible, prison cell. I didn’t even want to take photos of that place I don’t want to remember it.

Convenience

The room is too small. No table, no Chairs, no Fridge, no microwave. No coffee or tea , no kettle even if you brought your own coffee. No place to put your clothes. Very uncomfortable place if you are there for vacation. You can only hide your head for 1 night and pack your bags and leave. We couldn’t finish our 3 days we slept only for 1 night and it was enough. We booked another place to finish up our stay comfortable in Cape Town.

Shower head was not adjustable so I had to lean against the wall in order to get proper water. A shelf or something in the bathroom to put your stuff down on would have been great.

Unhappy with service, great location

The location is excellent — very close to the sea and within walking distance to the V&A Waterfront and DHL Stadium, which is very convenient.

My stay was unfortunately disappointing from a service perspective. After my towels were taken for replacement, they were never returned. I also requested for my room to be serviced. Two staff members came to ask whether it had been done, and I clearly indicated that it had not. Despite this, the room was still not cleaned until the following day. That was quite frustrating.

THE APARTMENT WAS NICE AND CENTRALLY LOCATED, DEFINITELY GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY.

The apartment was nice and centrally located, definitely great value for money. I felt very safe both inside the apartment and in the surrounding area. It was clean, modern, and well maintained. The neighborhood has a great vibe with plenty going on. I would certainly come back again, whether for business or pleasure.

I was staying by ground floor and in the morning people were smoking by my window and the staff would just greet & pass them. I had to inhale all the cigarette smell

Very small rooms, need more hooks in bathroom for towels, should automatically give shower mat to catch water on floor, need ice bucket or something to hold ice instead of plastic bag

No lift to the upper floors one has to carry heavy luggage through the stair case. And the toilet facility is very small, and a small table and chair could do as well as the welcome kettle coffee/tea in the room.

Check-in was chaotic. There was a lot of noise in the corridors. Rooms are not soundproof, you can clearly hear your neighbour coughing and talking. Bathroom is cramped/very small.

The location, it's very well located. Walkable distance from almost everything

They literally offer,bed and bathroom. That's not good at all. Fridge, microwave, kettle and some tea and coffee would be very much helpful specifically as I was staying little bit longer.

Welcome Desk Reception Workers the Lady and The guy 1 and the 2nd August. Job Well done.

The place was excellent and I need to acknowledge the Receptionist who checked us in on Friday evening was such a beautiful soul and being helpful throughout the night. The Saturday Morning Shift gentleman at the reception was just as friendly and helpful. To the CEO please give these two people a raise for going over and above.
