Spectacular service, great spacious room, convenient location

Absolutely amazing service- Best ever!!! We arrived early and got a room until the booked penthouse was ready at 2 pn. Wow! Great little neighbourhood, easy access to town, table mountain, camps bay, V& A harbour. We loved the penthouse, looking over ocean and stadium.

There is currently construction on the other side of the hotel but we didn’t hear anything. It looks close to be finished

Great choice but ask for an ocean facing room

Our rate didn't include breakfast but there is a lovely restaurant called Lily's attached to the hotel which serves a fabulous breakfast. There is also a fabulous dinner restaurant called Bobo's just across for the hotel for dinner. Twenty minutes walk from The V & A waterfront. The staff were exceptional. We were welcomed with a glass of champagne which was a nice touch. They gave us another room for a late 4pm check out at no extra cost and that was fantastic because we had a late night long haul flight, so being able to relax and shower before setting off to the airport was really helpful.

The room was quite small and ours overlooked the football stadium rather than the ocean. Which for the heafty £368 overnight tab was a shame. And we could hear the crowd roaring when we went to bed that night. The lounge area was great but the room itself was small. There is a building site going on next door which ruins the roof terrace - but since our stay was so short - it didn't really affect us. Note that the beach opposite isn't for swimming. Its far too rocky and rough (we were there in Jan - mid summer)

My stay was fantastic. The reception team really stood out, incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable, making it easy to fully relax. You can tell the hotel takes pride in both service and cleanliness, which made the whole experience feel seamless and enjoyable. I’d definitely stay here again.

A great hotel in a fantastic location, walkable to the V&A Waterfront

Pool terrace views, cleanliness of rooms and most importantly, the wonderful staff - they were so lovely.

There are building works going on adjacent to the rooftop pool that should really be screened off.

Amazing ocean views and super friendly staff!

I had such a great stay at O’Two Hotel. The views are absolutely stunning, waking up to the ocean and spending time on the rooftop was a real highlight. The staff are honestly amazing, always friendly, smiling, and happy to help with anything, which made the whole stay feel easy and relaxed. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to come back, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Cape Town.

I’m not happy ,I was downgraded to room that i didn’t pay for which didn’t have a balcony & limited ocean view 😡 The hotel blamed Booking.com for me getting a smaller room 😳😤

The hotel embarrassed me in front of my wife with a smaller room😡 To apologize they sent a bottle of alcohol but I don’t drink alcohol 😳😳😡

It’s grossly overpriced, in my opinion. 1 elevator services all guests and floors, so leaving and coming in can be slow. The corridors are poorly lit.

There is an ongoing construction next door - we did not hear any noise, but the unfinished building is one small shortcoming to the otherwise perfect view.

The location was perfect, the room was spotless and the staff were friendly and professional.

Although the rooftop bar and pool area was spectacular, the construction, with a massive crane swinging back and forth above our heads, didn’t leave us feeling relaxed at all.

The best hotel in a perfect location.

This must be one of the finest small hotels in the central Cape Town area. The staff are super friendly and helpful, my room was beautifully furnished, the bathroom modern and new. The common areas are sumptuously and luxuriously decorated. The rooftop pool deck and bar are stunning. The area is fantastic, directly on the promenade, with the ocean as background music, with many great restaurants and bars within easy and safe walking distance. There is secure, free parking directly across the street from the hotel. A wonderful place in a great location.

My experience at Otwo Hotel was fantastic from start to finish. The check-in was quick and seamless, and the team made me feel welcome right away. Lovely vacation in Cape Town with the perfect hotel

Location was great. Close enough to the v&a that you could walk there leisurely but far enough that you got to enjoy the seaside quietly. The views from the roof top pool were amazing with the table mountain and golf course behind. Bobos restaurant next door was a phenomenal experience. Just good food done properly and great prices. We walked to the deck for a good coffee and stroll along the beach. The room service menu could have been better with more desserts or fries and snacks are late night options. Room has turn down service every night which was a nice touch. Overall we had a lovely one week stay and are really happy with the location of the hotel. It had everything you would want from a nice hotel, especially since we spent 5 weeks backpacking through Africa.

The room size is smallish, gets to you with longer stay. But even with size limitations, all facilities were available, including a nicely appointed kitchenette
