    Good property. Many good things esp front desk and restuarant staff. But hsekeeping was abit spotty. Found our clothes on the floor one day after they serviced the room. A friend in another room found a trash bag left behind. And they really shdnt try to charge for add drinkin water requests. Also another travelling companion had their room booking cancelled only days before checking in. So the problem with Agoda or the hotel?

    Good stay overall. The only downside was that the breakfast menu remained the same for all 8 days. More variety would improve the guest experience.

    Excellent location. You could walk via the stairs right down to V&A. Quiet rooms. Very clean. Excellent breakfasts. Lovely helpful staff. Great beds. All very good. Weenjoyed our stay very much & would stay again.

    The Portswood Hotel is a beautiful place to stay and is in a great location. The staff are professional and friendly and always ready to assist. I will definitely return.
