Loved it.

Spotlessly clean, couldn’t be better location. Very comfortable bed and room. Loved the policy of “help yourself to tea, coffee and chilled water”. Would not hesitate to recommend or return.

Perfect - couldn’t have asked for more.

Lovely airy and spacious rooms but with a homely feel. Had everything we needed - they have really thought about how people feel whilst being there. Staff and Ansu were a pleasure to be around with great communication. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to be. Would 100% return and recommend

Top notch apartments in stunning grounds

Apartments were spotless, beautiful bedding, great bed. It had beautiful grounds with a good sized pool, plenty of loungers etc. Special shout out to AnSu who runs the place, so accommodating and very friendly. Highly recommend, walking distance to plenty of restaurants and the V&A

Great stay in Cape Town

A cozy guesthouse where everything feels new and thoughtfully designed for guests’ comfort. Safe surroundings, great value for money, and very comfortable beds. Manager Ansu and her staff are the cherry on top.

The doors could be a bit more soundproof, and a small amount of light comes in through the windows

Modern, Central, and Welcoming – Highly Recommend

I really enjoyed my stay at The Palm Paradise – this new place is going to be my go to place when visiting Cape Town! Everything is modern and well-kept, and the staff were all lovely and welcoming. The location is absolutely perfect. It's so central that I could easily walk to the V&A Waterfront and the promenade. The beds were really comfortable. The large pool was a highlight for me. I spent quite a bit of time there just relaxing and enjoying the atmosphere. Overall, The Palm Paradise has everything you need for a great Cape Town stay. Highly recommend!

Ideal für kurze Zeit aber mit Abzügen

Die Lage war top. Man ist fussläufig an der Waterfront und vielen Attraktionen. Gleichzeitig ist es im Wohngebiet ruhig und in der Unterkunft gibt es Ruhezeiten. Die Zimmer sind frisch renoviert und daher sehr neu. Gut fand ich auch den Zugang zu Wasser und Tee zu jeder Uhrzeit.

Das Hotel ist für zwei Nächte ideal, aber nicht für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Die Frühstückskarte ist sehr klein und wenig ausgefallen. Am Sonntag wird das Frühstück nur von 7:30-8:30h angeboten, was ich als inflexibel empfinde. Die Zimmer im Erdgeschoss sind sehr laut, da sie direkt neben dem Frühstücksraum liegen.

Très bien situé, personnel accueillant et à l'écoute. Etablissement propre et confortable. Bon Petit déjeuner. J'Y retournerai sans hésiter.

Il serait bien de varier un peu plus les choix du petit déjeuner.

Voltei novamente num curto espaço de tempo, porque gostei do custo beneficio, o espaço é muito bem cuidado a cama é confortavel com um bom tamanho.

A localização é excelente, um lugar calmo dentro de uma cidade agitada, O pequeno almoço é muito bom e passei muitas horas à beira da piscina relaxando.

Un havre de paix très confortable et convivial dans un quartier animé du Cap

Le calme, au fond d’une petite impasse, la qualité de l’accueil, l’emplacement très proche de commerces et du waterfront. La chambre très vaste et la literie très confortable, le petit déjeuner excellent. La piscine est aussi particulièrement agréable avec son pourtour ombragé et frais.

Quelques petits détails témoignent de sa toute récente ouverture, mais nul doute qu’ils seront vite corrigés !
