Really well located for visiting the City in a lovely, safe neighbourhood.
Great roof terrace.
The scope of the wifi was limited meaning little or no coverage in one of the bedrooms nor on the terrace.

We have been staying at different properties with this company for the past few years and have been happy with the houses. We love the location, with many restaurants and cafes close by, a much more local feel than the waterfront but still walking distance if you really want to go there.
The house was in excellent condition and has nice, good quality furniture. It has two bedrooms, a sitting area, sizable kitchen and a lovely outdoor patio under a big tree.
As highlighted in previous reviews, there is no door to either bathroom. Both the toilet and shower are in the bedrooms without any separation.

Beautifully furnished house. Two of the bedrooms were outstanding. Lovely roof terrace.
Trying to pay for the accommodation. A nightmare of paperwork and all sorts of unnecessary shenanigans. The third bedroom is not in the main building and quite small Two couples with 2 small children should be informed of that beforehand. Two adults had to sleep in the small room.

Location and staff were both very good . In particular James was very helpful.
76 Waterkant St is not suitable for elderly visitors like my wife and myself because of the excessive number of steps/ stairs. We slept on the ground floor but still had to negotiate steps up from the street, onto a small landing, into the bedroom and then into the bathroom. We specifically did not use the stairs down to the basement bedroom or upto the first floor lounge/bedroom so as to avoid these risks.
The ground floor water was always either warm or scalding hot. Cold water from a tap was available on first floor only.
The sink in the ground floor bathroom sprayed out of the basin onto the user or floor. Apparently some tap problem.
The safe was tiny and the key didn’t work.
