I spent there a week with my wife and if we ever come back to Cape Town, we will stay there again.
Great hospitality of entire staff, starting from reception through restaurant to security. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Everyone was very helpful and "welcomed you home" with a smile. Coffee, tea and some cookies always in the room. Nice terrace with amazing sea view. Great selection for breakfast.
Tiny pool at the roof. Mattress could be harder but this is my personal preference.

Not good
The staff were in general friendly.
Room was very basic, the water made me very sick as I believe the glass bottle was filled with tap water as the clasp was broken so definitely not fresh water. I also wanted a sea view and the road view on the first floor was terrible. It was my first trip to Cape Town from London so I was really disappointed.

The management staff are extremely un helpful
I left 2 diamond eternity rings in my room, as we checked out. The next day I phoned to ask about my rings and the hotel sent me a picture of my rings taken by housekeeping and said they had the rings, I could come collect them. I was on my way back to the hotel to fetch my rings when I recieved a phone call from front management at the hotel saying they no longer had the rings and the cleaning staff happened to throw them in dustbin by mistake. The hotel are taking absolutely no responsibility for throwing two diamond eternity rings in the dustbin.

Amazing stay at Home Suite Hotels
I liked how clean and well maintained the property was, and the overall atmosphere was very pleasant. Breakfast was really good

Great hotel in a relaxing area (which will make you feel like Homel!!)
The hotel has great facilities and everything worked perfectly during our stay. The staff were exceptionally kind, helpful, and always smiling — they truly make you feel at home. The location is excellent, set in a very relaxing area, perfect if you want to rest and avoid busy, crowded spots. Breakfast was superb, with a wide variety of options to suit everyone’s taste. The bed was extremely comfortable, which made for very restful nights.
A small detail to note: there was no plug in the bathroom or near a mirror which made using a hairdryer a bit difficult. However, the staff were always quick to respond to any request and very supportive throughout our stay thanks to them for making the experience so pleasant.

Good breakfast, comfortabele rooms.
Rooms are very spacious, good size bed and comfortable matrasses. Breakfast is great and staff is friendly and upbeat! Overall design of the hotel is nice as well. Location is nice as well, its just a bit of a steep walk up.
They advertise with their super speed Wi-fi, its true their wifi is fast, but only on the 'home work' and rooftop department. The Wi-fi in the rooms was diabolically bad. It would just pull out on my laptop and had to reconnect every 5 to 10 minutes. You can't advertise with super speed wi-fi when its this bad. Our friend has the same on a different level of the hotel.

Convenient spot in Sea Point.
Staff were great - helpful, flexible, even watched our bags for a day after we checked out! Room was nice and had a lovely view.
