We had a wonderful time at Villa Costa Rose, we felt safe and enjoyed it a lot. Everybody was so friendly, caring and helpful. We had a spacious room with a comfy bed and a cute balcony. Everything was really clean. All in all it was wonderful, also the location was really good to walk to nearby cafes and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Costa rose and would always come back!

Lovely clean accommodation in a great location. The small garden area and pool were a lovely quiet oasis, especially after a busy day exploring. We were lucky enough to be allowed into our room before the official check in time, which was an unexpected bonus. We had the suite on the upper floor. Very clean and very spacious with a huge bathroom with jacuzzi bath. Lots of storage too. Walking distance to several restaurants and a short Uber ride to V & A waterfront and Camps bay. All staff were nice and friendly.
This isn't a criticism, just something that I think would have enhanced our lovely experience further-
It would have been nice if Lethu had personally given us a bit of local knowledge about the immediate area on arrival. Although some information was within the welcome pack in our room, and Lethu was available to answer questions by WhatsApp, just a little interaction on arrival would have made it all perfect.

Nothing in particular
The bathroom was tiny , the extraction fan wasn’t working. We had to carry our luggage up 2 flights of stairs. We were not aware that the few drinks in the fridge were not complimentary.
