In centre of lovely Sea Point.

In a central location, in the high street of trendy Sea Point, a block from the beach and short walk to Mojo Market. It is small compact place but clean. The flat has everything we needed, with a full completed kitchen with all utensils. The flat fits our need of being in the centre of the neighbourhood for few days. Excellent communication with the management and request was dealt with promptly and professionally. Mr Yam has been very friendly helpful, our requests were accommodated when asked. We will defo return.

It was close the shops

The fact that I have travelled 14 hrs from freestate to cape only to be refused an early check in and my trasport on the Check was around 17:30 and I was forced to be out of the building with heavy luggages.

Nothing really

It’s too small like even two people couldn’t stand in the kitchen without bumping each other. It was dirty and the iron provided for us was just not clean. They tell you they’re always available but when you need help they’re nowhere to be found. Very frustrating and unreliable

Great location. Great for Students

Felt like a hostel. Booked 2 rooms. Only 1 room was ready, safes did not work then was given one security key to enter lift. We paid for 2 rooms - so you should have 2 security keys. Most guests who visit capetown go to national parks. We left room at 8am and came back at 7.30pm. Rooms were not cleaned. Rather than getting them cleaned was advised this is after hours and we should have requested them to be cleaned. My room had no sign of info. Despite this - with a family - we needed fresh towels. Towels could not be given to us after 7.30. We texted the hotel representative. Waste of time. The only great thing about the apartments is the location. Would not stay again.

Poor service! One of our rooms was not ready. Key broke in door. Did not clean the room next day and was told next day that we must specifically have requested this service or read a pamphlet. Surely this could have been explained once we checked in. Don’t blame the guest - just have fresh towels with security! Service amateur. Never seen this in capetown and have been coming here for many years.

Nice place to visit Cape Town

Nice apartment, located centrally in Seapoint to visit all places in Cape Town. Little balcony with view to the Lions Head.

It was very loud during the days and Nights as there are workings around and the people drive Crazy on the road and scream in the Night.

Bathroom Small, plumbing problems, no hot water, fridge not working, couldn't use the TV.. Street Noice... Advertising a view and had no view... Roof top sunset views and entertainment was a joke.. Contact staff don't answer phones once they do the say it's a building problem.. Had to deal with Security most of the time...

I spent the second week at room 203. The experience wasn’t totally perfect, but it was still enjoyable overall. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped. Staff were attentive and kind, and the location was ideal for exploring the area. Everything ran smoothly from check-in to check-out. I really appreciated the building’s security system. Access to the entrance and elevator requires a magnetic key, which made me feel safe throughout my stay.

The Wi-Fi didn’t connect properly and Netflix cut out a few times, which was a bit frustrating. Also, since the apartment faces the main street (Regent Road) and is on the second floor, street noise was constant — even late into the night. I understand that’s not the Flamingo´s fault, but it did affect the comfort.

I spent the first week at room 202 and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable. Staff were attentive and kind, and the location was ideal for both relaxation and exploring the area. Everything ran smoothly from check-in to check-out. Truly a flawless stay — I’d return in a heartbeat! A special thank-you to Rice for her exceptional hospitality and warm professionalism.

Lovely experience in all.

The location was perfect. Close proximity to the beach, the Mojo market and a wide range of restaurants and shops. The apartment was cozy and had all the basics you would need for a short stay. the host was very helpful in facilitation transportation whilst we were there.

The room was too tiny and felt a bit claustrophobic. Checking in could have also been a little smoother.

Do serviço de flat, eles sempre limpa o quarto quando requisitado. Localização perfeita e uma estrutura otima do espaço, suficiente para um casal com bebê. caso fosse criança teria que dormir no sofá.

Não tinha uma mesa para fazer refeições, mas nada que não desse um jeito. Como o lugar é quente o arcondicionado no quarto não é suficiente para refrigerar a sala, mas não passamos por problemas, somente um ponto que podeira ser melhor.

Капсулы для кофе и чай, вода - в качестве комплимента тоже были. Это плюс, большое мусорное ведро, много полотенец и халат! Цена=качество. Рядом куча магазинов. Удобные розетки для туристов

Excelente opción para alojarse en Sea Point

Está muy cerca de todo, hay varios restaurantes y bares cerca para todos los gustos. El personal es muy amable y están atentos a cualquier petición. El apartamento cuenta con todo para poder prepararse de comer o desayunar. Enfrente a una tienda de autoservicio y abajo una cafetería. En general el lugar es muy bonito.

El baño es muy pequeño y puede resultar incómodo. Pero en general está todo muy bien
