It is located in Sea Point, with supermarkets and restaurants nearby. You can park along the roadside and the area feels very safe. It is about a 10-minute walk to the seaside.The only problem was that the doorbell at the entrance didn’t work very well, and it took quite a while before someone came to open the door.

I submitted this request to Moyo Town on 06 November 2025 but no response yet.
Here is my letter:
Iam humbly writing to request a refund for my reservation for 7-15 November 2025. I was referred to your place by ***, Assistant Manager, as I had stayed at Mojo hotel on 6 November 2025 but couldn't afford to extend my stay. He mentioned that your rates were reasonable, but unfortunately, the accommodation doesn't accommodate my health needs.
I am m undergoing treatment for severe depression and have attached a letter from my doctor explaining my condition.
