No Aircon in the rooms

Location,friendly staff,security,well equipped kitchen Washer/drier ,fresh air ,fan ,

A salt ,pepper, olive oil " starter kit " would be appreciated My unit didn't have a parking spot,I was alerted to this but it would make it ideal. The laundry rack was flimsy and non functional.

This place is best for overseas or out of Town visitors, as it's a good base with self-catering amenities if you going to be out exploring the whole day and just need a basic place to stay.

This studio is not for a relaxing getaway where you need a nice view and great amenities and facilities. The staff are unfriendly, unwelcoming and unhelpful. I also requested a studio with a mountain view, which was available at the time of my booking, weeks before my stay when I'm sure a simple instruction to the "hotel" staff to make the assignment of the room possible while it was still available, was met with obvious unwillingness to try to make this happen , even though. she agreed she would make a note of it. The reason given as to why this can't be guaranteed was really not good enough. I have never come across a host or a hotel that would not atleast try to make the guest feel like they are being assisted or want them to feel happy enough with ur response or try to make ur request happen so that the guest would want to stay at the hotel again. Even after I extended my stay. In the end, I got stuck with a parking lot view. The cherry on top was when I found out that I wasn't getting fresh towels for the 2nd night I booked. Turns out the rule is they only change towels after 3 days. They expect you to use the 1 bath towel p/p and 1 hand towel for 2 people for 3 days. That is unacceptable for a hotel, even an aparthotel, esp. under the Totalstay brand. There should be a law against it. Also, the shower caddy has soap scum all over the bottom & their were plates not cleaned properly in the cupboard. Unfortunately, I will not stay again.

Nice size, clean and situated perfectly

Room 715, No aircon, this is a must especially for summer time, it got really hot in the room, also the curtains were thin so it does not block out the hot sun. The kitchen cupboard above the stove also could not close, my daughter had managed to fix it though.

Seapoint location

No aircon, just 1 fan, very stuffy, no view, no parking, blood on pillowcase, no chairs on balcony, very noisy. Cheapest of the cheap

The staff from Propr was okay.

1) I am a smoker and I specifically booked a place with a balcony so I could enjoy smoking and drinking my wine. This place was disappointing as they forbid smoking ANYWHERE. I was charged R500 for smoking in the balcony! 2) There is no air conditioner! 3) I booked a place with a washing machine to wash my clothes only to find out that I can’t air dry them on the balcony. There is no other place to do it. 4) When I was approached about smoking in the balcony, it was not done by someone from the company that I signed the agreement with and he threatened to charge me R1500 for smoking in the balcony. The agreement specifically states that each occurrence is to be charged R500. I had to call their manager to ask why am I being charged 3 times more and he answered that “he was not the one charging me“. It’s obvious that this person has no knowledge of the contract and also can be attempting to take money from customers if they are not sharp. 5) the room had no smoke extractor working. I had to complaint to get it sorted. Ironic forbidding smoking in the balcony but tolerating a higher fire risk 🤔 I’m definitely not staying there again. Not happy !
