The location is great
The unit had a fan for cooling but is quite noisy.
And the windows open at is not an option either because of the noise in the street.
Also the shower wasn’t particularly clean. Built up dirt in grouts and soap remainders on the little rack in the shower. To top it up we find clothes from previous guests in the wardrobe. Reception staff was very friendly though and made sure after the first night the shower got a good clean. Still not what one would expect but they tried. No power sockets in the bathroom to dry your hair and where there are power sockets there are no mirrors. It’s the details that make or break ones stay.

This place is best for overseas or out of Town visitors, as it's a good base with self-catering amenities if you going to be out exploring the whole day and just need a basic place to stay.
This studio is not for a relaxing getaway where you need a nice view and great amenities and facilities. The staff are unfriendly, unwelcoming and unhelpful. I also requested a studio with a mountain view, which was available at the time of my booking, weeks before my stay when I'm sure a simple instruction to the "hotel" staff to make the assignment of the room possible while it was still available, was met with obvious unwillingness to try to make this happen , even though. she agreed she would make a note of it. The reason given as to why this can't be guaranteed was really not good enough. I have never come across a host or a hotel that would not atleast try to make the guest feel like they are being assisted or want them to feel happy enough with ur response or try to make ur request happen so that the guest would want to stay at the hotel again. Even after I extended my stay. In the end, I got stuck with a parking lot view. The cherry on top was when I found out that I wasn't getting fresh towels for the 2nd night I booked. Turns out the rule is they only change towels after 3 days. They expect you to use the 1 bath towel p/p and 1 hand towel for 2 people for 3 days. That is unacceptable for a hotel, even an aparthotel, esp. under the Totalstay brand. There should be a law against it. Also, the shower caddy has soap scum all over the bottom & their were plates not cleaned properly in the cupboard. Unfortunately, I will not stay again.
