A wonderful stay

The stay at Spring Tide Inn was wonderful, we really could not hope for anything more. The location was perfect, and the staff was friendly, punctual, and very caring. We had a lovely time during our trip and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

We couldn't really find anything to complain about, but if it has to be something, the breakfast quality might be a bit better. Although we are really nitpicking, because the menu and the food quality were both very good.

The place was good but service bad.

The breakfast was better. Location of the place is good.

The room was cold only one additional blanket. The rooms were not cleaned and towels not changed. If expected to clean ourselves cleaning materials should be provided. The staff wasn't friendly or maybe they were told not to respond when greated by the guests.

There were no heaters nor eletric blankets, it was so cold in the room. No breakfast served, so I had to make a plan, for the first day it was challenging.

Too many corners cut

We had no hot water for 2 days. We were told it was on a timer, but all the geyser switches had been put down at the distribution board. Came back early one evening and thought we would be able to watch TV - TV wasn't tuned, snowy picture.

Location was perfect, good walking distance to restaurants and beach. Service was amazing. It's our second visit and is even better than the last. Wil definitely be back

Not a big issue and it's the first time experiencing this but the bathroom might've been slightly missed in cleaning, hair was found in the shower not much but more than their should be also the toilet was clean but there was still a urine smell, all upon arrival. Just pointing it out other than that the stay was awesome thanks guys
