Room was very very small. Pictures are taken in such a way that you cannot see size of room…. Misleading. No TV, no bar fridge, very weak fan. I nearly died from the heat in the small room. I paid R2200 per night. Not at all worth the money I had to pay.

Location was good. Friendly staff.

Rooms are noisy. Noise from other guests rooms and from the bar downstairs. Then insulation is not good. The WiFi was terrible. I couldn’t work I needed to go sit at cafes. I informed them on 3 occasions but it wasn’t resolved.

Unfortunately, we booked at a construction site this time around as they were busy renovating and building, so the room smelled like paint and had to organize some vinegar just for the smell please get air-conditioning for the rooms and a tv.

The staff are, without exception, all very helpful and friendly. The location in Sea Point is great (although it can be a bit noisy at night (motor bikers revving their engine etc.). The bed was very comfortable and the desk in the room was useful.

The flushing mechanism in the toilet in the en-suite bathroom made a slight but continuous dripping sound which was annoying.

Nothing at all. It was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY. See below as to why I emphasise to stay from this property.

I did not like a single thing about this property, not one. As an international traveler who frequently books hotels across the world, I can confidently say this place doesn’t even come close to basic hospitality standards. The room was filthy beyond belief, and the bathroom had visible mould, which caused my boyfriend to develop bronchitis. Absolutely unacceptable. To make matters worse, there is a hidden deposit fee of R300 when checking in, something they conveniently fail to mention when booking. And, of course, you never see that money again. The same applies to the so-called parking “deposit” of R350, you’re promised a refund after checkout, but it never happens. It’s been over a month, and not a cent has been returned to my account. This property is an embarrassment to the hospitality industry. If you are considering booking here, don’t. We deeply regret staying at this place, it was a health hazard, and no one should risk their well-being here.

The place was amazing! The staff helped me arrange a surprise for my girlfriend’s birthday, and everything — from the service to the atmosphere - was exceptional. I would definitely go back and recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and convenience.

Had an amazing stay, it was comforting knowing there is a safe parking for my car at an extra cost of R50 but that allowed me to walk to the ample restraunts and enjoy the nightlight that is right on your doorstep.

It would have been nice to have your own cofee station in the room and not a shared one between the neighboring room

Cheap spot in great location

Ease of check in, fab location in the heart of Sea Point, functional simple rooms for a reasonable price. I felt really safe as a solo female traveller and all the staff were super friendly.

The beds were comfortable but the rooms are a bit tired around the edges. Although the shower wasn't particularly modern, the pressure and temperature were great.

Die Lage ist super! Man hat alles in der Nähe und kommt schnell mit dem Uber an verschiedene Orte.

Es ist seeehr laut von der Strasse, den Leuten und den Möwen. Die Fenster sind nicht isoliert und auch nicht wirklich verschliessbar. Es hat zudem praktisch keine Ausstattung und das was es hat ist entweder kaputt oder einfach sehr alt. Leider ist es auch nicht sehr sauber und ich hatte sogar Kakerlaken im Zimmer und im Bad. Eine Klimaanlage hat es auch nicht, nur einen Standventilator. Ich würde die Unterkunft nicht mehr buchen.

Seapoint ist ein Catwalk, Hostel ist ok für ein paar Tage

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, checkin war schon eher möglich. Betten sind bequem. Es gibt immer frische Handtücher.

Es ist über dem Restaurant/Bar wodurch die Nächte sehr laut sind. Es gibt keine Socialarea daher ist es schwer für Alleinreisende Kontakte zu finden. Es gibt keine Mülleimer und Locker im Zimmer, dadurch ist das Zimmer zugemüllt und nicht sicher für Wertsachen.
