I liked the location of this hotel, although I had hoped it would be closer to the waterfront. The view was lovely out our 4th floor balcony though!
The employee at the front desk during the day (Asi, I believe) was very kind and extremely helpful. He was able to answer all our questions and even helped us make some reservations for some amazing meals. Thank you, sir!

By far the best location when it comes to a hotel stay in Sea-Point! Super close to Saunders, walkable to cafes, and overall good cleanliness of the rooms and size. Definitely get a room wit ha beach view you won't be disappointed!
