Love the location and they staff. Jaqueline my housekeeper was fantastic and went the extra mile.

The Jooma Cafe waiters need to be retrained. No greeting on arrival, no checking have you got a menu, constant reminding to take the order. I had breakfast there 3 times included in my room rate. The first day it took 45 mins to get the breakfast. Maybe each waiter should have a dedicated section and be responsible for it.

We could not stay in the property and had to find alternative accommodation.

The property misrepresented the room and the view. It was advertised as such. There was no view and no balcony and no privacy.

Good value for money

The location is amazing. The room is spotlessly clean, thanks to ms Jaqueline. Also would like to thank mr Athandile for being incredibly helpful.

It’s not really an issue, but bare in mind that the breakfast is a la carte and the booking deal is worth 130 rands. If you order let’s say an omelette and a coffee, it won’t be enough. There isn’t parking spot available, but it’s really easy to park around the property.

The room was comfortable and more spacious than I expected, and the kitchenette was spotless and very well equipped. The location is superb.

Excellent location, do not stay in a ground floor room

Excellent location in Sea View, right across the street from the beach and the Hop-On Hop-Off bus stop. Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast in the adjacent restaurant was ok, but not a buffet. They give you an allowance amount for a standard breakfast and you pay for any extras.

Room on the ground floor had no windows, and access only the indoor pool. As a result the room was very humid and the AC was not very effective in drying the atmosphere. Was quite stuffy during the night.

The suites was right as the sea point.Very clean,Indoor swimming pool,Restaurant inside,Spa inside,Transport access of your choice just by ur door step.Sea view,walk to the beach and private swimming pools for entire family including Kids.Shopping center nearby & Restuarant ,Banks just a walk...I enjoyed my stay and I recommend Riviera suites the best...

Great place to stay in cape town

Lovely location right on the beach. Quick drive to downtown Cape Town and surrounding area. Staff were wonderfully friendly and really helpful with advice and recommendations. The cafe on site is lovely with amazing breakfasts - worth adding on to your stay.

Pool view rooms opened directly onto the indoor pool so there was a constant smell of chlorine and being on the ground floor by the stairs meant some noise but that’s understandable for the room location.

An inconvenient stay with poor water facilities and no on-site parking.

The room was very nice and spacious

There was no available parking, which was very inconvenient. Each time I left the hotel, I had to find parking elsewhere, often far from the property.The water was consistently cold, and the pressure was very low. We were also unable to use the bath as the plug was faulty and couldn’t hold water.

What stood out for me is how the senior manager was helpful and friendly. Jacqueline is a sweetheart, what a lovely lady she helped clean my room with such grace and friendliness. Query resolution was awesome, this is my home away from home, I am definitely coming back for a longer stay this time around

Lovely first experience so central to move around I could go for a nice jog

The terrace room was beautiful the views was superb. The room was neat and tidy bed was so comfy wow the bedding was fresh loved the aircon facility and mirrors and bathroom was lovely loved my 1st experience

The door of the toilet was stucking abit making it difficult to open and close. The fact that there wasn't a bigger kitchen facility like a tap in the kitchen area but that's about it

The location was excellent and the view from the balcony was exquisite. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were neat, tidy and well equipped.

There were no air-conditioning except for ceiling fans and the pictures on the site showed Nespresso machines which have since been removed.

Mom and daughter retriet.

Staff were extremely helpful. The room is very comfortable but there was no shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel as promised on booking.com so at arrival I had to spend an hour to sort my own transport to the hotel but the hotel staff and manager were very helpful and guided me how to get to the hotel. Nice location, rocky beach but it is right in front of the hotel

The swimming pool is smaller than what appeared on the photos. The carpet needs replacement it looked a bit old.

It was lovely location, staffs are amazing.

Breakfast which i paid to be included happens that it covers only 130 rands and had to pay everything extra. No juice or coffee included for breakfast which was a joke as how can they advise breakfast included and nowhere during booking said it was as a limit. The room i booked was lovely except the shower was a bit tired, broken toilet seat, light hanhing in the bathroom, but i mentioned it to the staffs there. The bedroom which has the swimming pool view is not very recommended if you are going to have a relaxing time in the hotel, it is a very noisy area all day long having people in the pool, children screaming and you cannot enjoy, I had to go to a different hotel to have a nap there.

A great modern room with all the comfort. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The food at the restaurant is top notch.

The room is not very sound proof from the outside noises and can hear every sound which can wake you up early in the morning when the staff clean and have conversations. Not ideal if you have a late night and need extra sleep..
