    I do rate them well, but wanted to bring up so they possibly address it, a computer system that seems to have a mind of its own. For some unknown reason, I had to visit the front desk to reactivate my key card. And when we asked to check out (and we agreed to paid their fee), we lost internet and TV at the original check out time. They did give us our internet back, but it wasn’t worth having a maintenance person come to our room to reactivate the TV. There’s also the breakfast that never changes from day to day and after 10 days the lack of variety gets old. And for some unknown reason, on the day we checked out, we went to have that repetitive breakfast anyway, and with no notice or explanation, they eliminated all the hot offerings , eggs, potatoes, bacon, etc. All they had was yogurt, fruit, breads. We felt a little cheated and confused. Most of the staff is pleasant, but there’s one or two who need to purchase a smile and some friendliness. Some just stared or looked you up and down with a disdain face which was uncomfortable. Lastly when the stag was working, it would stall out as the signal froze. I would have to reboot the channel selection. Their signal to the TV was not consistent. But overall a nice property, very boutique, great central seaside location, and comes with cafe downstairs where that breakfast was offered, and more of a formal dining room on the top floor which we liked a lot. It wasn’t cold for the pool so we didn’t visit or use it.

    Beautiful boutique hotel with perfect location. The Rooms were outstanding in both location and amenities. We just found the restuarant drinks to be excessively expensive. However they served a lovely breakfast with selection for each palate. We will definitely be back.

    According to the discription there were free bottled water.When we brought it under the attention of the management we were told it was wrong advertising.Also the last nigh of our stay the room keycard were canceled and we had to ask management to manual open our room.Very bad experience for the money paid
