Nice stay in Cape Town

I had a wonderful time during my stay in Cape Town. The hotel is situated in a very safe area, close to supermarkets, restaurants, and beautiful beaches. The property also offers parking, which was a big plus for me. The staff(front desk, night concierge) were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile and great local tips. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant experience — I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Cape Town!

The Amazing Atlantic Affairs

The Atlantic Affairs Hotel is simply amazing. It could be in a slightly better location. Though i have nothing to complain about the room was clean, and tidy. The room had two balconies, one by the bedroom the other by the lounge. The staff were very accommodating abd friendly, even after our stay we allowed to store our bags at no extra cost. So that we could explore the City. There is also a market called Mojo Market I couldn't recommend enough.

Comfortable, ideal work station in the room, wifi great, compfortable bed, off street parking, front desk staff amazing. I will use the facility again if available when I am in Cape Town for business. Outside facilities for meals and coffee ideal, nice and close

My room should have had a single kill switch for all lights at bedtime. I had to struggle to find the switches for all the lights. And though I could mute the TV I couldn’t figure out how to switch it off!

I was extremely satisfied with the hotel. The staff catered to every need, it was also very neat and clean. There were no complication at all everything went as planned. We enjoyed our stay.

Very nice, well priced and good location.

Stay was perfect for an overnight trip. The shower pressure was non-existent, so I would urge other guests to test that before taking the room. The front desk was very accommodating but unfortunately never helped as it was night and maintenance was not there.

The guest Wifi was very poor but after asking the front desk, I got access to the staff wifi and it made a huge difference. There was also a loud siren every hour or so coming from somewhere in sea point that was quite aggravating

The access to the beach which was in walking distance was a nice addition.

The room was spacious, modern, and very clean. The bed was comfortable, and the overall setup was ideal for a short stay.

There was ongoing construction next door which created a lot of noise during the day, making it difficult to relax or work.

The attention to detail truly stood out, from the tasteful decor to the thoughtful touches that made the space feel extra special. We especially appreciated the small but meaningful gestures, like the handwritten welcome note — it made us feel genuinely valued. This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, stylish, and well-run place to stay. We can’t wait to return!

The view is poor, with neighbouring buildings that are unattractive and close enough to compromise privacy once the balcony curtains are open. The wooden blinds do not offer any outdoor visibility. Frosted or tinted glass would be a better alternative.

Beautiful hotel

Stunning and modern interior and setup, exceptionally clean,very friendly and welcoming staff. I was so glad the property had parking too. I enjoyed that there were house cleaning so I could really enjoy my break away.

No facilities at the hotel,no pool, or shop to quickly get something. The tv just stopped playing Netflix while we watched a movie. The bed was not comfortable at all as my husband and I woke up with stiff back. Could feel the springs of the bed worn out already. The noise of people building woke me on my first morning. Other than that beautiful place

I booked a room with balcony and was pleasantly surprised by how spacious and well-appointed it was. The design is modern and tasteful. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the small kitchenette was a convenient bonus for light meals or snacks. I also appreciated the fast Wi-Fi and quiet atmosphere. The location is excellent—just a short walk from the Sea Point Promenade, with plenty of cafes, restaurants, and stores nearby. It's also a quick drive to major attractions like the V&A Waterfront and Table Mountain. The staff were friendly and professional.

The receptionist and the entire reception area. It felt like home :)

There was a beeping sound that kept on going off every 45 or so minutes. It really disturbed my sleep. Everything was good except for the sound.

Penthouse room review

The location is good, near to all shops and restaurants. The staff at the reception was friendly.

I booked the Penthouse room. There are two Penthouses next to each other. The other Penthouse has terrace all round the rooms in L shape with view of the sea and the side street. The the terrace of our Penthouse was much smaller with completely obstructed view by high building front of us and next to us. Zero view and zero privacy (we didn't open curtains as we were facing another building windows and people could see inside). The bathroom was very tiny, toilet seat was moving, the handle to switch on the shower fallen off many times. The kitchen has basic facilities, the edge of knive was so blunt, you couldn't even cut slice of bread. Kitchen is to use for basic heating up and storege of food, definitely not to prepare any meals. Definitely not worth the money. There are much better options around the area.

Perfect Location.

An excellent base in Seapoint from which to explore, and walk to, Camp’s Bay in one direction and the V &A in the other. On site park, excellent staff and comfortable, sizeable rooms, with everything we needed.
