1. the cupboards in the kitchen were totally out of reach, couldn't reach the salad bowl or the glasses. 2. Knives were poor quality and useless 3. the shelf in the shower was unreachable 4. room as a bit too small

Great stay would highly recommend

We stayed here for two weeks working from the flat. It’s spacious for two people with a small balcony and fully equipped kitchen area. The pool area on the rooftop is great with views on Lion’s Head. Staff were also great throughout and the rooms were serviced if required. The location is perfect, just off the main road in Sea Point and walkable to bars, restaurants and the beach.

Central Location in viby Sea Point.

Central Location in Sea Point close to shops, good restaurants and even to the Promenade.

Bathroom showed wear and tear in form of muldew corners. Safe was in the sleeping room wardrobe and not secured. You could have just grab it and walk away with it.

No Aircon , and I was charged R150 for pillow case with a tiny dot of blood , my son's pimple popped whilst he was sleeping. it was a mere spec of blood !! I was also not informed upfront about this charge! I have never been charged for something like this in all the time I have travelled...

Really disappointing stay and left two days early.

Our cleaner and the Reception desk host were friendly and feel sorry for them based on everything else we experienced. Allocation is great if you're looking to access Sea Point and the Atlantic Seaboard and the pool terrace is very nice.

Room was still dirty when we checked in (crumbs in draws, table stained) Smelt of urine outside the entrance (and actively saw someone peeing in the bushes outside during the day) They took the table away to respray and we therefore had none for 2 days. Bathroom had sticky residue on the floor and when we asked for it to be fixed were told there is nothing they can do, and that it was left over from something they fixed. Shower leaked all over the bathroom floor everytime we showered. Microwave Door Chipped Female Staff member came in to remove cot, saw my wife was topless breastfeeding continued entering and then encouraged a man to enter the room without asking permission. Making her VERY uncomfortable. Rubber on Footer of Bin missing and therefore sharp on feet Replaced Bathmat with one that was extremely threaded Coffee pods but no coffee machine

It was an enjoyable stay with helpful staff

How close the property was to a shopping centre (The Point) which made it convenient to get supplies, it is also close to Camps Bay, Clifton and the city centre

They only give fresh towels and change the bedding every three days which I felt was a bit too long given how quickly dirt can build up especially when one is on holiday and constantly out and about. There was also no cleaning on public holidays and on Sundays

For a serviced apartment the level of on-site support from staff was not great. Despite requesting a travel cot in advance it took a very long time to locate one. Staff on site were not very friendly.

Amazing, except for the deposit that is not paid back

The space was amazing.

When we checked out, they could not give us back our R1000 deposit due to the card machine not working. They took our banking details to pay back the deposit, but has still not done so after 5 days. Very disappointed. Nobody has reached out to us. Unacceptable.

Beautiful stay in great location, but the devil's in the details.

This stay is in a great location and is well designed. The bed slept well, the room was clean, and the staff were friendly. And it's great to have a nice outdoor space!

There were small details that were a problem. The floors were badly scratched and damaged. The couch, while beautiful, was incredibly wobbly and did not seem stable - I avoided sitting on it, which is a shame. The end of the curtain was off the rail when we arrived, and the blinds had to stay up because they'd been raised poorly by whoever was there before and had gotten stuck. Nothing was a deal breaker, but a bit more attention to detail could have been better.

The amount of noise by other guests until 5am in the morning. We could hardly sleep! It was such a dissapointment. People partying, shouting, screeching, going up and down the corridor and just having no respect for any other guests!

It was nicely decorated and equipped with an ironing board, hairdryer, body wash and shampoo. The location is fantastic.

The apartment was cold, and not equipped with sufficient blankets for the fierce winter. The couch and bed throws smelt awful. The small blow heater provided was insufficient. It is a pity that the coffee pods were not replaced daily. There is no dishwasher, and no sponge or soap to clean the dishes provided - which is impractical considering no-one travels with those items or nor considers to purchase for short stays.

The location of the property in Seapoint is perfect. The place was very clean & fresh linen. The property also provided a good sense of privacy and safety. The Manager Mr Harvey was exceptional and assisted us in ensuring our rented car had a wide parking spot as it was a big car and we truly appreciate him. We will definitely come back just for that impeccable service.

There was 9 in our party, ages ranged from 4 to 75 and we all loved it.

The location was excellent. Just a short walk from shops, restaurants and facilities. Javier, the manager was extremely helpful. He organised transport for us to a game reserve. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The apartments were spacious, well equipped and spotlessly clean.

"Pool" was very small, more of a large bath really. We arrived at 11pm and weren't sure we had arrived at the correct destination as the name on the door was The Avant. A bit confusing.
